アイビス シット ドゥ フューチュロスコープ(Ibis Site du Futuroscope)

We did not plan to stay at the hotel but we decided to stop our planns because our daughter was sick. It is good staff thar make a good hotel and this time it was Carole from the kitchen that made this a 5 star stay. Carole made sure our daughter got what she needed even if it was not during service hours. In addition the family rooms are spacious and cimfertable.

I only took this hotel, because I am used to make a stop at Futuroscope. I found the personelle rather unfriendly and partly incompitent. I was disappointed that on saturdays and subraya no meals are served.

When we arrived, the two young ladies on reception (one on Ibis, one on Ibis Budget) both insisted that I needed to have a sheet of paper to be able to check in. (Bond du something). The booking number or my noame were worthless. Gallic shrugs all round. Eventually, I said I had not booked as a package with our Futuroscope tickets, and smiles and dcomprehension dawned, our number was looked up, my name was there. Really, these receptionists should not assume everyone has booked a Futuroscope package. I only realised those were available after booking the hotel. I would have printed out everything I was sent, so was mystified that a non-existent piece of paper was vital. This was very upsetting after a long drive, to think we had nowhere to sleep! After that, all was perfect.

A fairly average stay which was unusual. Disappointed the restaurant was closed at the week end, this was not indicated on the Accor app. Knowing this would have likely meant a change of hotel if known up front.

I'm silver, in Accor loyalty program status. When we arrived at the hotel we requested a quiet room so we could have a restful night. When I got to the room it was towards the road, right next to the elevator and two people couldn't walk without constantly giving each other permission. Additionally, the room was dirty and did not meet the cleaning criteria for Covid-19. We complained and they said it was not possible to change as I only spoke after 15 minutes of arriving at the room. As if I now have to check everything in a hotel chain like Accor. Unfortunate. We complained and were told we would receive an email from the General Manager about the situation. I didn't receive the email and they took the money from my credit card. Disgraceful service.

très bien accueilli à la réception, chambre impeccable ,buffet du matin copieux, grand choix pour le buffet du diner. Personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Bien situé pour aller au Futuroscope ( 10 mm à pieds ) . nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. je recommande

Mais quel accueil glaciale par la personne de l'accueil...🤔 Et si je dit glacial, c'est glacial. Limite acceptable pour un contact avec des clients 😡😡 Je fait beaucoup d'hôtel du groupe accord et la, c'est le pire des hôtels Ibis. Idem un formule 1. Une honte.Dans la chambre, Salle de bains avec odeur d'égout. Literie d'un autre temps. Chambre dégradé. C'est une honte. Le Groupe accord il faut réagir et vite !

Hôtel médiocre. Les chambres sont laissées à l’abandon. Loin d’un 3 étoiles à 140 € la nuit, les photos présentent sur le site son celles du rez de chaussée et du premier étage. Mais si par mal chance, vous avez une chambre au deuxième étage… les choses se gâtent! Baignoire rafistolée, douche qui fuit, prise qui ne fonctionne pas, tablier de baignoire cassé et lit enfant cassé … Bref, j’aurai payé 40€ la nuit comme au formule 1, j’aurai compris mais là… je me suis fait clairement arnaqué !!

Hôtel super bien situé à proximité du futuroscope de Poitiers. Même bâtiment regroupant l ibis et l ibis budget. Accueil chaleureux. J’ai pu être surclassé en suite. Un grand merci. Restaurant à buffet à volonté. Très grand choix, compter le soir 26 euros pour entrée plat et dessert. Le petit déjeuner est tout aussi généreux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Un peu bruyante à cause de la circulation. Belle expérience…
