「良い滞在でした。私はここに3泊しました。隣の部屋から聞こえる騒音を除けば、サービスには満足でした。足音、ドアをノックする音、叫ぶ音、ドアをバタンと閉める音にストレスを感じました。子供に非はないのは分かっていますが、親はもっと厳しくすべきです。このような表現をして申し訳ありません。ホテルはドアを修理して、ドアをバタンと閉める音を克服すべきだと思います。」

「I love this hotel for their breakfast spread! And the bedroom also quite big. But I found 1 Charlie at Toilet. I have removed it by not touching it. Overall, it was good stay for me! I love kuih traditional like cucur, and also kuih Apom Lenggang. It was really nice!」

「The location is very near to Pekan Alor Setar which makes it even more convenient to stay. There is a nearby food court - walking distance from hotel. You can park at the hotel compound and easily book Grab car or short drive to Pekan Rabu to park there. The room is clean and comfortable for 2 pax. The staffs are helpful and attentive.」

「Promoting an 80s concept for a hotel, thats totally fine. BUT maintenance & facilities could be definitely brushed up more. Tv reception & wifi connection could be better. Yet tv just 3 local channels & wifi very poor connection. I would stay there again if there will be improvements.」

「Very efficient and trustworthy. I left my amulets chain and I called up to inform the receptionist. I was told not to worry and can come to take it any time. Very trustworthy and also the breakfast staffs were good. I recommend travellers to stoping over Alor Star to stay there」

「This hotel is remote around factory outlet not in the city nearest supermarket Lotus is 500 M away. Hotel self check in is okay but no elevator my room in 2nd storeys you need to climb 50 steps. Took a Grab to the town about 6 km away. No alcohol allow in the room.Smart TV the only consolation cheers...」

「ホテルは市内中心部に位置し、周辺の観光スポットや飲食店へは徒歩または交通機関で簡単にアクセスできます。 ホテルのスタッフとクルーのサービスは素晴らしく、温かいものでした。 客室は広さも十分で快適、そしてよく整備されています。ただ、テレビの受信状態は絶望的です。 朝食の種類は満足できるものではありません。選択肢が少なく、味も薄味です。朝食付きプランの宿泊は避け、その節約分をホテル周辺のお店で、より美味しく、よりお得な朝食に充てることをお勧めします。どういたしまして。 駐車場もピーク時には頭を悩ませる問題です。駐車場が屋根なしであるだけでなく、駐車スペースも非常に限られています。 それ以外は、全体的に見て、このホテルは宿泊費とサービスに見合った価値を提供しています。 そうそう、メインロビーはとても広々としていて、落ち着いた雰囲気です。」

「Well service standard excellent I'm very happy.. With the check in process very quick.. The room was nice and cozy, the bed was so comfortable even the shower was great.. With very good & strong water pressure.. Very pleased with almost everything except for the breakfast a little bit disappointed & most of the food serve not much verity & strangely cold with most of the food warmer not working or switch off.. Well anyway I had a pleasant stay.. Thank you very much.. The Jerai Hotel.. Alor Star.. Keep up the good work 👍💪」
