「デラックスルームに1泊しました。 町の中心部や飲食店に近いです。 部屋は適度な広さですが、残念ながら宿泊日はツインベッドしかありませんでした。 スーツケースやノートパソコン用バッグを置く設備があるのはプラスポイントです。アイロン台、アイロン、ヘアドライヤーも部屋に用意されていて便利です。紅茶とコーヒーのメーカーとボトル入りの水が用意されています。 バスルームには専用のシャワー室はなく、バスタブの上にシャワーヘッドがあるだけです。残念ながらシャワーカーテンはありません！ 洗面時に床に水が溜まる様子を想像してみてください... 部屋はうるさく、隣の会話やテレビの音が聞こえます。 朝食は近くの他のホテルに比べるとがっかりです。 宿泊客用にホテルの前に無料駐車場が適度にあります。」

「Very efficient and trustworthy. I left my amulets chain and I called up to inform the receptionist. I was told not to worry and can come to take it any time. Very trustworthy and also the breakfast staffs were good. I recommend travellers to stoping over Alor Star to stay there」

「I had a pleasant stay at Urban Inn Alor Setar 😊 The location is very convenient, with plenty of food options and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. The check-in process was also smooth, and the staff were generally helpful. The hotel offers good value for money, especially if you’re looking for something simple and budget-friendly. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay.   However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The WiFi connection can be inconsistent at times, and some facilities may feel slightly worn depending on the room.   Overall, it’s a good choice for a short trip or quick stay.
