Very good price valued accommodation with well standard of cleanliness and comfort, and spacious parking. High recommendation for travel around Alor Setar which convenient to reach good city central and foods.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Alor Setar. I used to work here for two years and know some of the other options. For families, this is definitively the best place: The kids loved the infinity pool and the playground on the rooftop. While the kids were playing, we could relax and enjoy the sunset - at roughly the same height as Alor Setar Tower! That alone makes it worth to stay there :). The apartment is big, with four beds, a washing machine and a huge TV. But contrary to other apartments, this one also has a reception that is really helpful. We will definitively stay here again next time!

Strategic location. Eataries nearby, near lotus. Clean and affordable hotel. Only the soundproof is not so good can hear vehicle passing, hotel facing main road

部屋はクイーンベッドの大きさに少し窮屈ですが、トイレは十分に大きいです。エアコンはうまく機能します。上層階にエレベーターはありません。そのため、1階n 1階の1部屋。夜はトラックとトラックが近くに駐車するようになったので静かで騒がしいです。このホテルは新しく見えます。レセプションはフレンドリーで有益です。価格のために滞在するのはいいですね。お金の価値。シンプルな設定

the hotel room quite spacious and the bed is comfy. The facilities are nice. but the room’s wall is not soundproof so you can hear people walking, talking, laughing and etc outside of your room.

Promoting an 80s concept for a hotel, thats totally fine. BUT maintenance & facilities could be definitely brushed up more. Tv reception & wifi connection could be better. Yet tv just 3 local channels & wifi very poor connection. I would stay there again if there will be improvements.
