匿匿名ユーザーThis was my third time staying here while visiting my friend in AS. The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff were helpful. Parking is limited, but I was still able to find a spot. I also really liked that the TV is a smart TV, so I could watch YouTube or Netflix. Overall, the hotel still feels quite new, and I think it's a good place to stay for one or two nights.

PPengukir SenjaAn unforgettable 4 days and 3 nights holiday in my beloved hometown, Alor Setar. Staying at G Residence Suites was an excellent experience — comfortable, relaxing, and perfectly located. What made the trip even more special was the wide variety of food available, all delicious and surprisingly affordable. Most of all, I truly missed the authentic taste of home, especially Gulai Ikan Temenung — rich in flavour, comforting, and simply very sedap. Nothing compares to the food from home, and this trip reminded me how much I cherish my hometown.😍😍😍😍

レベル エントランスにはテレビとコーウェイ マシンを備えたシーティング エリアがあります。全体的に満足のいく体験でした。

場所は素晴らしいです-簡単にアクセスでき、飲食店、コンビニエンスストア、主要道路に近く、ビジネス旅行者とレジャー旅行者の両方に最適です。チェックインとチェックアウトのプロセスはスムーズで効率的でした。また、長い一日の後にリラックスできる静かな雰囲気にも感謝しています。

EElwin YapA front desk staff member should be able to understand the customer’s needs and follow clear instructions. On that day, I had three bookings. I specifically informed the staff to prioritize my first VIP guest, who is elderly and required immediate access to the room. However, the staff chose to process all the bookings slowly one by one instead of following the instruction given. As a result, my elderly guest had to wait unnecessarily for a long time.
In addition, when I entered my own room, I found that the toilet was not properly cleaned and there was hair inside. This was quite disappointing and does not reflect the expected standard of cleanliness.
I hope the management can look into this matter and improve the service and housekeeping standards.

Dan terima kasih bersihkan katil disebabkan anak buah sy terkencing. Mungkin dia ngigau masa dlm bus dia tak tahan nak terkencing dan ibu sy suruh kencing dalam botol, ketawa tak berhenti dan hilang rasa nak terkencing.

MMKRTデラックスルームに1泊しました。
町の中心部や飲食店に近いです。
部屋は適度な広さですが、残念ながら宿泊日はツインベッドしかありませんでした。
スーツケースやノートパソコン用バッグを置く設備があるのはプラスポイントです。アイロン台、アイロン、ヘアドライヤーも部屋に用意されていて便利です。紅茶とコーヒーのメーカーとボトル入りの水が用意されています。
バスルームには専用のシャワー室はなく、バスタブの上にシャワーヘッドがあるだけです。残念ながらシャワーカーテンはありません！ 洗面時に床に水が溜まる様子を想像してみてください...
部屋はうるさく、隣の会話やテレビの音が聞こえます。
朝食は近くの他のホテルに比べるとがっかりです。
宿泊客用にホテルの前に無料駐車場が適度にあります。
