シーディーズ カントリー ハウス ホテル(Sheedys Boutique Hotel & Restaurant)

Our nine member travel tribe considered our night at Sheedy's an absolute highlight of our nine days in Ireland. From ages 31-67 we all loved the hospitality, extraordinary meal (best wine selection we encountered), and perfectly appointed rooms. Overland Ireland, our tour guides, certainly planned well by including this gem in our itinerary.

See attached video. Went to Ireland with my sister. We are both in our 60’s. We stayed in about 6 different boutique hotels. This one had: best towels. Best food (eat there, you won’t be disappointed, it was our best meal of the whole trip!), best mattresses, best bed linens, best smells (which were none at all, just fresh irish countryside air!), best parking, best hosts! We only scheduled one night there, but if we return, we will be staying longer! This place is a true gem! I would give it ten stars if I could!

We stayed with this lovely couple before COVID when they were at another place. Since we were returning to Ireland we had to see their new place and it was a treat. Beautiful location, great breakfast as always, and we got to meet Bertie the new guard dog.

Amazing property, stayed over for a local event in the village. We stayed last August for the first time in Sheedys and we had to return this year. Upgraded to a junior suite (room 12) .can’t recommend enough. Everywhere is spotless. The bedroom and bathroom was shining. Well done housekeeping! Martina is a wonderful host and even knew guests by name. It’s the little touches that make guests return. The attention to detail was amazing. gorgeous homemade cookies left in the room too. Breakfast was delicious!! The homemade bread was so tasty. Beautiful lobby to relax in too. Looking forward to staying again next August. You pay for what you get and do not hesitate about booking this wonderful property. You won’t regret it.

I loved everything about this property. And the amazing food was a true surprise. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding, the quality and presentation was wonderful. Just loved this property, will definitely recommend to all and stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights, the staff were attentive, the dinner and breakfast first class, we loved the accommodation, so peaceful, easy access to everything, highly recommend Sheedy’s, would love to come back and enjoy their hospitality again!

Wonderful hotel with a fantastic welcome from Martina. Great location for Lisdoonvarna and The Burren. Lovely high quality food, very comfortable room, bar with open fire, and friendly helpful staff. Very highly recommended.
