Be advised, they will NOT provide housekeeping unless you explicitly ask for it the day ahead of time (but will most certainly fraudulently charge you for it). How did we find out? At check-in? Absolutely not. We found out at 3 PM when we came back to our room not cleaned. When we asked the front desk, they told us it was too late and we had to ask for it the day prior. We were basically told it was our fault for not knowing the policy even though it was never provided or displayed anywhere. They blamed COVID but we saw 2 staff members total all weekend wearing masks, one of them being the front desk staff who wore it under her chin while rolling her eyes when we requested to at least have clean towels if they weren't going to clean the room. The rest of the staff were nice, breakfast was actually pretty good, and the room was initially clean upon check-in. But the front desk staff and their highly dismissive ”Guest Services Manager” are a 100% deal breaker when it comes to staying there again.
