A perfectly decent clean and pleasant place, the staff were very kind and helpful, Lavina Miller was very particularly kind, and made us all feel very welcome, this lady is very good at her job! We were a group of four, one of us wheelchair bound and sometimes things are not as good as this.
A nice hotel with pleasant staff. It's a bit out of the way but accessible as long as you are happy to research the public transport. Has a McDonalds next door so you would never starve! And there is a Lidl a short walk away. The sofa/camp beds could possibly benefit from being updated as sitting/sleeping on those wasn't particularly comfortable but the main beds were comfortable. Breakfast was continental and pleasant. We would stay at the hotel again.
