私の意見では、スリランカで最も豪華なホテルです。建物はよくデザインされ、エレガントです。雰囲気、家具、アクセサリーがホテルにエレガントさを加えています。ホテルの終日ダイニングレストラン「セントラルインターナショナル」は、イタリアン、日本、タイ、中華、スリランカ、インドなど、あらゆる種類の料理を提供するスリランカのホテルで最大のビュッフェの 1 つです。食べ物はとても美味しかったです。隅にライブクッキングステーションがあります。デザートコーナーはビュッフェに色を加えています。彼らは素晴らしいカスタマーサービスを持っています。私たちにMoshanとMadhuraを提供してくれた2人は素晴らしかったです。

Very beautiful property, very nice location. However, layout of the property is very confusing till the time you get used to. Reaching the lobby or the restaurants is very challenging unless you get used to it. I am surprised that someone did not think through this. The staff is very courteous but the follow up on the service is missing. I asked for a hot pack, it was twice confirmed to me but never delivered till I had to escalate the issue with the duty manager. Similarly with the laundry service. I had to follow up 4 times before laundary was picked up. My package included 1 hr complementary spa. I was staying for 3 days but the spa was booked for all 3 days! What was the use of complementary spa package if no slot is available. Anyway, after pushing the issue with the duty manager, spa was promptly arranged. The therapist assigned to me was Nilupa. She was amazing and very professional. She asked me my specific requirements, where she needs to focus. After that, for next 1 hour, I just slept off! My rating of 3/5 for ITC Ratnadipa is largely on account of wonderful experience with Nilupa.

とても幸せな滞在でした 社長はとてもいい人です チェックアウトに間に合わないかと思い、午前中にコロンボ博物館へ行きました。 上司は大丈夫なら後で戻ってきても大丈夫だと言いました。 私が帰るとき、彼は私をドアまで直接連れて行ってくれました。 外国一人旅で中国人に出会うと本当に優しくて素敵です！

From the moment you entered to the hotel, you feel like “This is the place” . Restaurant’s ambiance is so calm & peace. Seating arrangements with the sea view is brilliant. Rooftop bar coupled with infinity pool gives you the best vibe & perfect sunset. If you’re looking for a nice rooftop bar, this is the place to go!! Of course, I would like to mention their staff members, Simply best hotel staff I ever seen. Specially Amila, Tharuka, Sudheera. They have given their fullest cooperation to made our day even more memorable. Thank you team Granbell

Everything was excellent. Very good buffet for breakfast. Nice pool on the roof with gym and coctail bar. My room is on 24 floor has a fantastic view on the green lake, skyscrapers and a port of Galle face green. The room was always clean and fully equiped - much thanks for housekeeping to Dhananjaya!

バルコニーが気に入りました。 部屋はかなり広いです。 朝食はほぼ毎日ルームサービスを頼みました。量はたっぷりです。 注文するときはゆっくり話してください。何度か注文を間違えられたり、カトラリーやソースが届かなかったりしたからです。 行列はなかったのですが、チェックアウトに少し時間がかかりました。フロントは、私が見かけるたびに、または私がロビーにいたときは、4、5人のグループが雑談していて忙しそうでした。 WiFiは素晴らしかったです。 ロケーション的には、周辺にはあまり何もありません。お店や食料品を買える場所はありません。ホテルに戻る前に計画を立ててください。左側に小さなカフェがあり、素晴らしいお茶（インド風）が飲めます。 プールは素晴らしく、屋上は全体的にくつろぐのに楽しい場所です。
