The hotel is stunning and the staff are amazing , Anna G in housekeeping and Frank in the bar are just lovely. The beds are comfy and the food in the pool bar is great.The 2 bookable restaurants are really good. Great location and always lots of sun beds

This is about the tenth time I have stayed at this hotel complex. The staff are amazing, friendly and efficient. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Wifi can be patchy outside of the rooms and main reception. Great location and peaceful

Maspalomas & Tabaiba Princess is een heerlijk hotel. Van eten tot aan de service van de kamers. Je krijgt twee bad handdoeken voucher en hiermee kan je twee keer je handdoeken voor het zwembad omwisselen. Heel fijn! Je kan de hele dag door eten en drinken. Als je langer dan 5 dagen blijft kan je ook nog eens in een Italiaans of Aziatisch restaurant onder het hotel eten (onderdeel van het hotel). Ook hebben ze leuke animatie en entertainment. Het personeel van het hotel helpt je goed op weg en is super vriendelijk. De vriendelijke man Sosa (hij staat achter de poolbar) is een topper!! Dit was de t****e keer en wij hebben wederom weer genoten. Conclusie: Een aanrader! Groetjes, Damian & Nisrine

(Writing this as waiting for our transfer home!) Visited with my partner for a week overall was a good stay, this is our take on our trip doesn’t mean yours wont be amazing Hotel grounds are lovely, well cleaned and maintained. Pools were great and the beach effect around some give it an added touch. The palm trees around the complex give it a real holiday feel Would say the hotel is aimed more towards families ie entertainment etc and the water park on the front of the hotel looks great. Room Stayed in the Maspalomas side the rooms don’t look as contemporary however we didn’t spend much time in there so as long as there was a clean comfy bed and clean towels that’s all we really needed English channels on the tv channels 28-32 Also the fridge was warm?? Food. Neither of us are fussy eaters but found a few of the evenings difficult to find something . We visited the Asian restaurant which was lovely and was meant to visit the Italian on our last night however having to resort to pasta and pizza a few of the previous evenings we decided to cancel and eat out for our final meal. Breakfast and lunches were great (English bacon and sausage) All inclusive drinks the usual jazz all okay for us - there is the option to upgrade to gold but got more than merry on what was on offer. Also if you like Malibu or white rum ask for a shot of this at the pool bar and top up with the self service red slush and thank me later! No music around the pool which we thought would add to the holiday vibe it did feel like something was missing Tui Reps sit in the dark basement clock watching to leave not very approachable Found one of the bar staff at the pool bar rather rude elder gentleman but apart from his rest of the staff lovely Play off semi final’s were on whilst we were here so took a €4 taxi to the Harrow bar to watch this on the big screen also filled with dart boards so turned into Lucy Littler at full time. We sadly wouldn’t return to this hotel as it was too far out from the hustle and bustle and the difficulty with the food however it didn’t take away from a great week away and we are looking elsewhere on the island for next year

The place was great. We had a brilliant time. Having the water park there was brilliant. The food was lovely and if you missed any meal there was the various smaller food points all across the park to get food, drinks, ice cream etc. Kids club didn't seem to have the best options and a lot of it was indoors but my boys are 5 & 7 and they just wanted to be with us and in the pool and the water park the whole time. The staff were really lovely and it was spotless. It is very close to Playa del Maspalomas which is beautiful and has some lovely shops and restaurants and if you want to kill a few hours with the kids outside of the hotel, Holiday World is close by. We were all inclusive and one very very disappointing things was that non alcoholic drinks were not included in this. I don't drink as I have epilepsy and they served everything from been to spirits to prosecco but not non alcoholic drink which i felt was very unfair and quite discriminatory. But aside from that it was a great week and I would highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel clean, friendly and food for all inclusive was to a good standard. We had heard of bad reviews for the on site Italian and Asian restaurants but we found these to be good as well. A few gripes tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a nice touch I know I can go and get one downstairs but don’t always want to do that, clearing tables could do with being a bit quicker and I don’t know how many times I had to hunt for a spoon. Finally I could get TV from every country but the UK I enquired about this and was told this is being fixed but it wasn’t I do get the impression being fixed is a stock answer and this has been a long term issue. These are minor issues and did not detract from a fantastic stay.

Amazing hotel. Entrance lobby stunning. All staff polite and friendly. Rooms cleaned everyday and clean towels. Good choice of foods. Food was always lovely. Pool area very clean. Never struggled to get sunbeds. Honestly can't fault the place.

Just love this place… been a few times and will definitely be back… been with and without kids/baby and never had any issues.. yes some rooms may need updating but you don’t go to spend your holiday in your room ! Pool are very refreshing 🤣. Food is varied and never had problems with quality

Beautiful swimming pool. Friendly personnel and clean everywhere. Only not a lot to do for teenagers between 12 and 18. The restaurant is quite noisy. Would advise to place acoustic ceiling panels to reduce the noise. Food was diverse and fine.
