"The location is great in Puerto Rico next to the shopping mall and close to one of the prettiest beaches of the island. The pool was a dream and the people working at the hotel were very friendly. The room we had with the view on the sea and the Jaccuzzi was a dream. I really wanted to pack my stuff and move in. Everything was very clean. Worth the price! My partner and I valued our stay so much and were very sad to leave."

"The staff is very friendly! The location is right next to a large cement plant, but you can't hear it. There's not much to do in the immediate vicinity. The view from the hotel pool is okay, but the deck is outdated. The view from the separate club is fantastic, and everything is very modern. The accommodation is well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. A very strong cleaner (chlorine?) was used for cleaning our room, which caused nausea because the smell was almost impossible to ventilate. However, the cleanliness was excellent. You have your own relaxation area and very good parking facilities. All in all, it's a great stay during the week because individual loungers in the club are free for guests. On weekends, you have to pay for them, and since the two pools are so different, I think that's a real shame. But that's just how it is, and you should keep that in mind beforehand."

"I've been around the world. Born in London. I'm Greek Cypriot, so I'm always in Cyprus. I'm living in Florida, so I'm used to top-end hotels. And I'm here. This hotel is a classic. It's perfect. It's everything you want with some sense of tradition and a bit of old school. The staff are amazing. The facility is wonderfully laid out. The cleanliness of food. Considering it's a busy place, it's well laid out. Even the gym, the diving, the cycling, higher that you can do at a professional level or an amateur level. You've got top-end bikes that you can cycle higher from here. It's right opposite the shops. It's perfect. For the money, you can't get better."

"Arrived back from Eden Appertments a week ago after visiting Peurto Rico for 7 days. A excellent hotel that caters very well for families with children and adults only. The food was outstanding. Plenty of choice for everyone. The bar staff and restaurant staff were so hard working and never stopped. A big thank you to Big Al, Michel and all the staff for a very pleasant experience. A lovely roof top terrace for Adults only was,a great addition for those without children. What I found amazing about this holiday was that there so many lovely and friendly families from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Scotland as well as English. It works really well. Hotel room was very spacious and impeccably clean. Good entertainment for families. Beer and cold drinks on tap Great transport to beach daily, 3 times a day and pick up. I would recommend this hotel to British Families and also Adults. Children well behaved. Credit to parents. A big thank to Leo behind the desk who was extremely kind and friendly The Gran Canarians and Spanish people were fantastic all round. 110% Thank you. Ps A big toast to Big Al (in photo)"

"We stayed at Tabaiba Princess last week (my son and I) as guests. It was excellent. We enjoyed it from the first to the very last day! Everything was great, and unfortunately I don’t know the name of the lady at reception who checked us in. When it turned out something had gone wrong with the room, she immediately fixed it for us and arranged an extra bed in the room. The food was good—nothing to complain about and plenty of choice. Even if you don’t like something, there’s always something you do like. Breakfast was top-notch. People complain that it’s repetitive or cold, but we didn’t experience that at all. It’s also freshly prepared for you on the spot. The swimming pools were lovely. I do have one very important point that I think needs attention: the disabled parking spaces. About 90% of them are used by people without a disabled permit, and if you say something about it, they even get upset. If you have difficulty walking, you simply can’t park because of this. I reported this again at reception to the same lady, and she neatly solved it for me by giving me a note to place in my window so I could park anywhere. That was helpful for me, but it’s not the real solution. The hotel manager should enforce this more strictly; otherwise, they might as well remove the spaces altogether. Security doesn’t seem to monitor this either. On the last day I checked again—five spaces were occupied by people with no disability. That’s the only feedback I want to give: please do something about this. It didn’t take away from our holiday, which was perfect, and once again compliments to the lady at reception. We will definitely come back."
