It was nice day ,Nic place, cute , cleaning room and toilet nice , nice staff, I liked that hotel , I will come back again , I was feeling restless in van der Valk hotel de Bilt , when I visit Utrecht again I will come to that hotel . Thanks for everything

The Van der Valk Hotel is o.k. for a business trip, it's location is not great next to a busy road, but the hotel is pleasant, food is good and reasonably priced, staff are great.The beds were a bit soft for my liking.

The hotel is located nearby Utrecht, 15 minutes outside the center of the city by public transport. The rooms are spacious, comfy beds, big bathrooms. It’s a very clean property. Breakfast spread was also very abundant

This hotel does what it says on the tin. Reasonably priced, good accommodation and good food and service. It is not really a hotel for holidaymakers unless they are there for the cycling and forest walking as it has no leisure facilities on site.

Stayed for 4 nights, restaurant good and rooms were clean , and daily the rooms were done. Staff and Service at the frontdesk were good, in the restaurants also Even could rent an electric bike Minibar was empty though, and no separate queen beds as I asked, only 1 king bed

Travelling on a coach tour with Johnson’s UK. The greeting was lovely and friendly. We were given our rooms very quickly and our cases arrived soon after. The room was large with two single beds and the usual tea, coffee etc. plenty of plugs. A nice addition was a door to the outside, in my case a small patio. As I was part of a group we had buffet meals each evening. They were a selection of cold meats and salads, then a hot selection of meats and often chips but they did change to rice and potatoes on some days. Sweets and fruit were always available too. Coffee and tea but I could not always find plain English tea so took my own and only found milk at breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful with cold meats, cheese and hot offering of sausage, egg in variety forms and bacon. Bread but not toast. Fruit, yogurt, granola etc. With drinks there is no menu or price detail in the buffet area but walk past reception into the restaurant and you will find one on the table. There was confusing over how to pay for drinks but we found in the restaurant where we went after dinner most evenings you paid each time. No swimming pool at the time I visited which was a shame
