The Sentinel

The Hotel generally was extremely comfortable, clean and well kept with pleasant Staff and great Food. The buffet style Breakfast was such a wonderful experience and you can also request certain things that they may not have and it would be done to your liking. Another highlight for my Family and I was having our Laundry done at a speedly time frame, that took a lot of load off from us. My stay their with my Family was superb and so relaxing that if I am to ever return to India my 1st choice would be The Sentinel Hotel. I want to take this opportunity to Thank alllllllll the Staff within all departments and management for a great and wonderful stay.

the staff are very kind,helpful and take their work seriously, the rooms are comfortable and spacious where you can relax and move around, the foods are delicious and gets it in a timely manner,stayed for two months no complaints or regrets.

I stayed at the sentinel for 2 days. The title of the review summarizes my experience. Sharing some pros and cons based on the same below : pros: - very clean and hygienic rooms - room and housekeeping services are good - excellent location cons: - poor customer service attitude of the hotel manager - poor quality of buffet (breakfast) both in terms of the food quality and delays in service
