This hotel needs to be reported to the Spanish authority responsible for false advertising. It's nowhere near a 4 star establishment also it advertises that each room has access to high velocity internet connection and wide screen TV. The TV didn't - all 18 inches wide - work and I could not connect to the internet in the room. I asked on the 1st day if these 2 issues could be attended to? You could see the resentment rising in the faces of the two men on reception. And it appears from the defensive responses to guest complaints in reviews across all sites that criticism of the hotel is unwarranted. So the TV worked for a few hours and after some fiddling with a code outside of the room the internet connection lasted for 30 mins. Again 2nd morning of stay asked if issues could be resolved. The guy on reception became aggressive told me I was paying for the 'room' what did I expect? Anyway we both went up to the floor, he demonstrated that he had an internet connection outside of the room and I did too. So he says to me it's your telephone. My telephone connects to all available internet sites. Then we got into an altercation! He threatened to throw me out of the hotel! I am a retired International Cooperation professional have stayed in hotels in 80 different countries including here where I live in Spain where unfortunately some service providers have no conception that you the customer are paying their wages. I would not recommend a stay in this establishment.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel last week, came home yesterday. We were very impressed by the hotel. Very warm welcome when we arrived. Our room was spotless. 2 sinks in the bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and bidet and complimentary toiletries. Twin beds but were next to each other. My only complaint was the small TV with no English channels but we brought our fire stick with us so not a problem. We had a sea view room which was great looking at the sea from the bed when we woke up. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thankyou for a wonderful holiday.

Stayed here earlier this month with a friend. I expected a 4 star experience but unfortunately this place is closer to 2 star, certainly by British standards. We were shocked when we arrived and if we could have afforded it we would've stayed elsewhere. Reception staff were incredibly rude. We booked through loveholidays and had such a hostile encounter with the two men and women on reception when we complained about the air-conditioning barely working, that we tried to contact loveholidays to be moved to a different hotel. We needed a safe in the room to store our laptops, jewellery and valuables, and we were told we would have to pay for this, even though it's listed as free on the website. Staff are very argumentative, don't seem to like British people, and make you feel like everything is an inconvenience. The hotel itself is dead with nobody manning the bars or pool. The pool was grubby and the few times we went in we found we were swimming amongst foliage, dead insects, and children's plasters. Maintenance is half-arsed in this place. The hotel in general is very run down and mis-advertised. There is no "spa", there is apparently a hot tub which was out of use (like 80% of the facilities) while we were there. I definitely don't recommend this place, we were both eager to leave.

We arrived at the hotel after a friend drove us from Oliva, we were greeted by the most rude obnoxious reception staff, it was really shocking. We checked in, came back down a while later where they attempted to check us in again to a 2nd room (for yhe same amount of people) saying we had booked 2 rooms, we hadn't, they had already taken the charge for the 2nd room. They proceeded to blame *********** for the error. The following morning we attempted to speak to the manager. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness, I approached him very calmly, asking him to look at the proof we had but he wouldn't, he went on to print out the 2 reservations one we booked on the Friday, and one they had duplicated on the Sunday, he refused to listen or view anything we had and was waving me off dismissively. I realised I was getting nowhere so I walked away, at which point he muttered some rude comment, I just said, the same to you and continued to walk away. The hotel is listed as a 4 star but it isn't. The pool was grubby with bits floating in it. It was run on some days without a pool attendant or poolside hut (listed as a bar) the air conditioning was temperamental and barely worked in the room, was non existent in the lifts which were like smelly ovens, the facilities in the room were 2-3 star basic at best. It wasn't the cleanest but not the worst. The continental breakfast was OK, nothing spectacular but ok for a 3 star. The WiFi, supposedly available thoughout the hotel was not working most of the time, the lifts were out of service frequently. One night i got very little sleep as the lift was clunking all night, we were the first room as you came out of the lift. We notified the staff but nothing was done for several hours. How this hotel has gained a 4 star rating in places us unbelievable as it barely reaches 3 stars and that's being generous. All in all the attitude, lack of amenities and disgustingly rude staff spoiled our holiday completely.
