Территория очень большая. Но не соответствует названию Garden: площадь отеля большая, но не ухоженная, ни разу не видел людей, которые что-то убирали. Приехал в отель в дождь: персонал не подготовил места в ресторане, в итоге отдыхающие не могли найти себе место для приёма пищи. На обслуживающем персонале Senza экономит. Анимации нет в принципе. Наблюдается активность людей для платных услуг ( хамам/ массаж, поездки по магазинам и т. д.) номера большие,

We are currently staying at senza gardens and i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone - I made my 1st complaint to my holiday company 5 hours after arriving 9am Monday morning and asked to be moved asap -2 days later we are still in this hell hole and love holidays are s**T It’s dirty , un kept , the food is inedible , entertainment is c**p the rooms are dirty , old and bedding consists on 1 white hospital style blanket , the staff are smoking while working ( I use this term loosely and the first waiter I meet asked me for euros) This place could be nice but it needs alot of work and updating I’m not normally a moaner but I’m very disappointed- it’s definitely not a 5* and I would never use love holidays again- there rep was shocking and very un helpful

The worst all inclusive hotel I have ever been to. We found the room we were staying in a complete mess... I added the photos. There was an actual hole in the ceiling the bed was falling apart, everything was dirty and I mean DIRTY we had huge spiderwebs in the room and I had to clean the toilet myself... I'll spare the details. The food was a catastrophe. I had horrible pain in my stomach throughout the trip, as well as bloating, while my partner only ate fries and rice for a week because everything else was made really poorly. They can't even manage to cook chicken in a way that it's not pink on the outside. A safety hazard. On hazards... Well there are a few biological hazards here... Let's start with cats and birds that walk around in the dining area and even jump on tables... Not to mention the stench next to the pool bar... It smells like puke 23/7 and that is very concerning. The smell is so bad we stopped getting anything there after the first day. And the overall cleanness at the dining area is horrible, example: we saw a chicken bone laying on the floor throughout the whole day and nobody picked it up... Even between meals... There were three meals in-between before the thing was gone. The "entertainment team" are very motivated. They keep playing the same music at the pool every day and keep harassing grown men with actual whistles so that they would play games in the pool. Which is a really weird thing to do... To grown adults. Most of the day they just blast music that nobody wants to hear at the volume that you can usually only find at the clubs. So no relaxing there. The "Aquapark" is more silent than the main pool. The problem is, is that there is no shade whatsoever throughout the whole day. The only people there are parents with their children because of the slides. And then there's the beach. Which is so full that it kind of reminded me of the videos that people get shown to feel bad for the farm animals that are held in bad conditions. Aside from that there is no entertainment. I have never been this bored on a vacation in my life. We also got treated very rudely by the staf trying to sell us trips that we didn't want to have. They even actually tried talking us out of visiting Alanya on our own because "there is nothing to see there". There definitely is. If anything the day in Alanya was the only day worth being here. We are so disappointed and saddened about the trip. I hope this review helps other people not to waste their vacation and money like we sadly had to.
