Es la segunda vez que me quedo en Siempre Valle y he quedado un poco decepcionada esta segunda vez. No había agua caliente y tuvieron que acudir a arreglarlo (eso lo entiendo), sin embargo, después de eso nos dimos cuenta que no había acondicionador y a pesar de que dijeron que nos llevarían, nunca acudieron. Batallamos para bajar las persianas y después la llave de la puerta dejó de funcionar.

Reserve la habitación con pétalos de rosa , botella de vino y tabla de quesos , no la prepararon . El calentón para la regadera no sirve a veces sale fría y luego caliente , reserve el jacuzzi y quedaron de limpiarlo , fuimos y estaba sucio , la cama es de puro memory foam está horrible , lo principal no hay un lobby donde quejarte o por lo menos auxiliarte , tampoco funcionaba el wifi (solo tienen Netflix en la tv) las instalaciones están bien pero les urge personal que atienda a los huéspedes , personal capacitado

La regadera muy mala, no hay presión y apenas salen unas cuantas gotas. Se metió gran cantidad de agua a la habitación durante la lluvia. El closet tiene muy pocos ganchos. La habitación es bonita y el aire acondicionado funciona bien.
