Property is Hidden Gem near cochin airport ,i booked this property at very short notice for small group,the response of hotel team is fast & exceptional My experience from checkin to checkout was flawless and we were treated by all staff members with smile Rooms,pool and food was good,chef at hotel was available for all our requests and he went out of the way to fulfil our needs They have ample of space to move inside the property and they have lots and lots of trees of different spices and their staff was more than happy to share their knowledge about these trees ***** with few samples of spices,i could enjoy the sound of silence throughout our stay at property River is bonus for guests as it seems its intrinsic part of property Manager at the property was also fully involve with the team to make our stay memorable Thank you

The property is too good and the the river view was totally a refreshing experience . Jayanth made sure the check in process was smooth and transparent. He made sure the property orientation was perfect and each and every one of us were aware of the timings of each operations in the property. Thank you Once upon a river for a memorable experience. .the hotel is located in a very well-kept garden, a beautiful swimming pool, the place by the river is magnificent. the room is very clean and spacious, very well equipped. very good breakfast. the staff is very kind and do their best to make your stay pleasant. one of the best hotel in India. I highly recommend

A great place to unwind yourself from the stressful life. This is within a 3 acre property which is surrounded by beautiful lushes of green. We got a room in front of the room and the swimming pool and it was spacious and clean. Jayanthi S from the front office and Najeeb from the Kitchen needs to mentioned. They were always there whenever we needed any help and it was indeed a memorable time. The food was decent and definitely for the price you.pay it indeed is worth the stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a unique experience.

The property is beautiful, calm, serene and a total delight. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms are well equipped, charming and spacious. The only area which deeply disappointed was the food. We ordered 3 dishes and a soup. 2 of the dishes we could not eat at all since they were bland and tasted weird. We had to discard. Only one was decent and we ate that with the phulkas. The tomato soup was as thick as a gravy and tasted much the same.
