The location of this hotel is excellent! Lovely, quiet area and close to the cathedral and high street. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and the best pillows I’ve experienced in all my travels. The room had a kettle for tea and coffee and a hair dryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. If you choose to have breakfast out, try the Cosy Club next door for a quirky atmosphere and delicious food!

Always choose Premier Inns whenever we travel the Uk, as always clean, modern and friendly service.
One thing and one thing only……no toilet brush in toilet!!!

The service from Gemma, Deep, and Mohamed was fantastic—really friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from. Dinner was just as good, with delicious, well-cooked dishes that hit the spot. Overall, a lovely experience!

Had dinner here as Partner was staying at the hotel. Food was terrible,main was brought out while still eating my stater. Customer service was terrible. Staff rude to customers. Tables not cleaned properly. Very disappointing will not be returning

I had a fantastic stay at the Exeter City Centre Premier Inn. The reception team provided excellent service, making check-in and any queries effortless and welcoming. Excellent service at this hotel . Staff on breakfast were so amazing ,so accommodating and friendly and a very good choice of breakfast with plenty of choice especially with vegetarian options . Dinner was also very very good, and again the staff working were so nice and amazing. Thank you 😊

Top service by this guys here .I've asked my boss not to book me anywhere else ,but here when I have to come and work in Exeter . I love the service this team offers here always professional and accommodating, just to name a few Gemma , Nadin , Joal . Breakfast was amazing ,with really good variety and I asked for some cooked to order options and the chef got it out personally (sorry I didn't got you name) . Dinner was absolutely great as well as I had the meal deal was a steak for the price ,the stake was cooked to perfection ! To all of you at Exeter City centre thank you !

We recently stayed for a night at this Premier Inn as a family. It was very good value for a central hotel in Exeter, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were perfectly comfortable. The only criticism I would have is that the bar prices were a bit over the top.

Had a great stay at Premier Inn Exeter City Centre. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were super friendly, food and drinks amazing and the location is perfect parking near the hotel , right in the heart of the city. Highly recommend!!
