ホテル ベッラ フィレンツェに泊まった方の口コミ・宿泊体験

立地：中央駅脇でスーツケース移動には申し分なし。ホテル外の喧騒はない。フィレンツェ中央部までは20~30分歩く。 清潔度：最低限。数泊したがタオルは風呂場の床に置いておいたが交換してもらえなかった。 サービス：レセプションは人がいない時がほとんど。ルームクリーニング後、部屋のドアが閉められていなかった。レセプションに人がいない時間があることと、ホテル建物の入り口の施錠状態から安全面で不安を感じた。 施設：部屋ドアの開閉が非常に硬く、女性では確実に閉められなかった。エレベータなし。 総じて、次回選択はしない。

ホテルは駅に隣接しており、大変便利ですが、フロントサービスはございませんので、チェックイン前にホテルまでご連絡ください。この電話番号ではホテルに連絡できません。ホテルのゲートに到着しても中に入ることができず、本当に無力でした。 また、客室内のテレビ、冷蔵庫はご利用いただけません。とても残念です！

立地は最高で、鉄道駅まで徒歩5分、多くのレストランやショップが近くにあります。サービスは素晴らしく、事前にチェックしましたが、セルフチェックインでした（日曜日のためかどうかはわかりません）、スタッフはフレンドリーでした。部屋自体は少し狭く、清潔感はありましたが、優れているわけではありませんでした。全体的に見て、そこに滞在するのはとてもお得でした。

三つ星ホテルじゃない！入り口は老朽化していて、片方の壁には防水シートが張られている。正面玄関はバス停の前、駅の裏手、人通りの少ない場所にある。ミニバーは空っぽで、ビデもなく、共用エリアもなく、スタッフも常駐していない。値段に見合った価値は全くない！

ウェブサイトの写真で見たものとは違っていました。シャワーにはカビが生えていました。壁は紙のように薄かったです。隣の部屋でシャワーを浴びている人の声まで、すべて聞こえました。しかし、駅には非常に便利です。

1️⃣There is NOT a staff member on the premises 24 hours a day. If we had known this previously, we would not have booked this hotel. We had some questions upon arrival and no one was there to assist us. We were given a code to enter the door via WhatsApp (not even sure how he found me there as I never use the app) and a key was at the desk. 2️⃣Evidently, the country of Italy requires each hotel in each city to charge guests a tax per person/per night. We did not know this as we were not told before our stay. Nothing was mentioned of this online when we booked it. It was also not mentioned during our stay. It was not posted at the welcome desk or in our room. This was only mentioned to us at checkout, so when were required to pay an additional 24 Euros at checkout—even when we paid in full with the online booking, we asked questions of the employee. We were treated rudely by the staff member when we asked about this charge. We asked to speak to her manager, and she eventually called him—begrudgingly. When we asked her why she had not told us about this charge when we checked in (oh, that’s right! No one was at the hotel when we checked in!), she told us that she assumed we knew. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The manager did not assist us on the call. He just kept repeating that it had to be paid. I asked why it was not communicated before, and he had no answer. I asked why it was not posted in the hotel or in our room. He had no answer. We, clearly, did not know that this was required and due to the way it was communicated as we are, literally, running out the door to catch our train, it seemed like we were being taken advantage of. Now, that we have left and done our own research, we see that the city tax is a “thing,” so know that ad you are planning your trip to Italy. 3️⃣The only perk of the hotel, in our opinion, was that it was in walking distance of the train. 4️⃣We would not recommend staying in this hotel again, and if we return to Florence, we would NOT stay here again.

The room was fine for one night. I wanted a place to store my luggage and have a restful breakfast. Check out was at 10am, too early and the luggage storage that he told me about at the train station did not exist due to construction. The breakfast did not exist either due to construction. I paid for a room with breakfast and it even said in the room breakfast was included. He explained that ******* was supposed to let me know??? I didn't book with them. Really??!! There is no elevator, but I knew this. The front desk is not covered so you really can't leave luggage here.

Fabulous hotel to stay at, Mario our host was friendly and very helpful, the room and en suite were spotlessly clean and the maid service was great, added to that was a comfortable bed, a quiet room and a good breakfast. It is close to the railway station and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance, highly recommended. Be aware that there is no lift, not a problem for us, but may be a consideration for others.

We wheeled our luggage a block away from the central station and this hotel was tucked away on a busy street. The door to the hotel closed and there was quiet! Breakfasts were wonderful, and the croissants worth going for. Marco and Tony were a wealth of information. The rooms were cozy and lovely with a fridge. Would definitely go back ...excellent value!

If travelling through Firenze and using the train, then this inexpensive hotel - a rarity during high season - is a good option. The single room is certainly small but the bed comfortable and even a small fridge is at disposal. Room 202 is however a bit on the loud side with a generator right underneath the window which can be disturbing during the night. But the hosts are great, very friendly and the communication easy with them.

Il mio soggiorni all'hotel Bella Firenze è stato fantastico. La super accoglienza di Giulia, addetta al ricevimento che si prende cura degli ospiti con tanta professionalità, simpatia e premura. Ti consiglia e spiega i punti turistici della città. La camera è pulita, grande e accogliente, dotato d'aria condizionata, TV Sky, bollitore e frigorifero piccolo. L'hotel si trova a un passo dalla stazione centrale di Firenze Maria Novella, vicino a ristoranti, bar e supermercato. L'hotek è a soli 6 minuti a piedi dal Duomo e 10 minuti a piedi a Ponte vecchio. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Posizione comoda per la stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Stanza grande e pulita. L’unico neo da sapere è che se vieni assegnato al secondo piano ci sono solo scale antiche e devi portare i bagagli sino sopra. Io personalmente sono stata aiutata dal gentilissimo ed educatissimo ragazzo della reception però se fossi stata con la mia famiglia sarebbe stato un problema e avrei preferito saperlo. Tariffa abbastanza alta, colazione non compresa. Solo camera per dormire.

Caro, senza colazione, senza ascensore, senza portineria, senza AC. What else ? Al vantaggio di trovarsi vicino alla stazione non corrisponde una qualità adeguata ad un 3 stelle. Non adatto a portatori di handicap. Alla richiesta di una bottiglia d'acqua ...sono stati sgranati gli occhi
