部屋のロケーションがとても良いです。駅からとても近いです。小さなテラスもあります。天気も良くて快適です。 ただし、テーブルやキッチン用品は他の人と共有する必要があり、部屋は十分な広さではありません

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM The name and listing of the property have been stragetically created so the managers of the property can dodge any kind of responsibility over guests' comfort and wellbeing. 'Rooms and apartments' means: - no staff present - no breakfast - no kettle or fridge or amenities in the room - contains the (legal?) bare minimum to carry on it's bussiness as short term accomodation This property is clearly a subdivision that has been put together as cheaply as possible and with the sole focus of reaping the highest possible profits. There is only the illusion of luxury here. They use photos of their bigger room in the advertisement, then give you a room that looks nothing like that in size or layout. But frankly it would not matter because if the bigger room had the same cheap furnishings and issues as the one we stayed in, it would still be a disgrace. - the shower head support was broken and the shower head had to be handheld - the shower drain drained so slowly and pooled water so babdly that it spilled over the shower box, which was 50x50 cm max and practically unusable - the matressess are far too narrow, and they sink in the center - the AC is password locked and does not work - the wifi is slow and drops out frequently - the walls are stained and covered in bloody smashed mosquitoes - the window pane is craked - the soap is watered down - the tv is no bigger than a computer screen - this place is infested with mosquitoes and we woke up with bites all over - the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, doors banging, people talking, the kettle going on in the comunal kitchen - which by the way contains signs saying 'OUT OF ORDER - DO NOT USE' (the excuse given is that 'a kitchen is not listed in the ad anyway') Just one look at their website and you can see how blatantly fake their five star reviews are. I do not wish for anyone to get scammed like this.

Este hotel me deixou na rua sem explicações, depois de já haver recebido 5 diárias adiantadas. No site do trip.com, outra empresa picareta, não conseguiram me arrumar um outro hotel. Tive que resolver por conta própria e gastar uma grana pq a maioria dos hotéis estava lotada. Fuja destas duas empresas. Vin Novo e trip.com são muito trambiqueiros. Quero meu dinheiro de volta seus picaretas.
