其它都還可以，但是床單明顯不衞生，穿着睡衣都癢，馬上用一次性床單才好。而且隔音不好

房間很大，很乾凈，非常愉快的入住

I am beyond disappointed with the experience we had at your hotel, especially considering it was our wedding night—a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. During our stay, I repeatedly mentioned to the staff that we were celebrating our wedding in Tilburg. Yet, when we returned to our room after this special day, I found the leftovers from my dinner the night before still in the room. The bed was dirty, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed, and the bathroom was far from clean. It was shocking, and I’ve never encountered anything like this in my entire life. As a flight attendant who travels the world, I have stayed in countless hotels, and this was by far the worst experience. You completely ruined what should have been one of the happiest nights of my life. I cried the entire time because of how poorly we were treated. To make matters worse, I reached out to American Express, through whom I booked the stay, and they attempted to contact the reception. However, the staff at the front desk were rude and dismissive—not only to us but to other guests as well. Their behavior was appalling. I can’t help but feel that we were treated this way because we aren’t Dutch, and that is utterly unacceptable. Every guest deserves respect, no matter where they are from. I will never stay at your hotel again, and I strongly caution others against doing so. This experience was a complete and utter disappointment, and your hotel tarnished what should have been a magical evening.

This was our 3rd visit to the hotel at the new year period. The hotel was as clean this time as it was before,but the room we had was very cold. It had the feeling that it’s not been heated for a while as by the time we were leaving the room had started to warm up. I must say that the outside temperature was very low and our room was an outside room. All the staff we had contact with were very professional and welcoming. We used the swimming pool and the lady was very helpful with me and my wheelchair. This being said all the staff were helpful with me in the chair. We attended Efteling New Year’s party and when we arrived back at the hotel we ran a hot bath to warm up there was a supply of hot water even at 02-00 in the morning. A couple of things for you consider. . We had told the hotel at the time of booking, that I had breathing difficulties and they gave us a ground floor room. The car park was just in front of our room with a slope to the rooms. With the wet weather and moss covering the floor making getting up and down a bit of a wild ride. On the day we checked out I was going down to the car in my electric wheelchair when I tried to stop my wheel stopped but I carried on down only putting my feet down and then I stopped. Maybe you could clean the floor or put some anti slip covering down. The other little thing was the access to the pool. I had to get my nephew to carry my wheelchair up and down a very short flight of stairs. I didn’t see a marked route for wheelchairs. Overall a great stay .

Service and facility are great and clean. I wish I could stay one day more at the hotel to enjoy my time. When I siting in the room can hear clearly the talking from the corridor and the closing door from other room. it could be improved.

loved this place! great rooms, facilities, location, food with many many halal options, all of that. the pools were nice and there is bowling even. clean rooms and nice staff and location is excellent. we got 2 connecting rooms for our family and had a great time.
