A great place to stay in Grado! Helpful staff, clean accommodation, quiet, great bar, great breakfast, attentive friendly staff.. short walk from the beach- where it is well worth going for an early swim before the sun comes up fully. Rooms are brand new, fully cleaned each day, service top notch too. Stay here.

Everything just top level, comfort, modern facility, Jacuzzi on the room , wellness center at ground floor all super clean and modern , definitely top choice around! Great breakfast , free Bicicle rent!

What a beautiful hotel, so modern and hi-tech. Rooms are stunning and spacious, decorated to a high standard. Only has an indoor pool at the moment, but have plans for a roof top pool, soon. The views of the lagoon side of Grado are sensational. A delight to stay there. Well recommended.

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean with lovely helpful staff. Rooms are large and spacious with food in-room facilities. Breakfast options were good and something for everyone. Front desk staff were very good and keen to help.

We booked a suite for 2 nights. The bathroom was is a poor and old condition and needs to be repared and modernized. The shower was neglected with ugly areas. This ist not acceptable for a 4* hotel. The breakfast offered a variety of food but not tasty at all. The quality of the omelette (= powder, no real eggs) - was unaccepptable. The only plus was the central location and the view to the sea. Unless not modernized I cannot recommend a stay.

We booked the Riva Palace on very late notice and extended our stay several times during our visit, every single member of staff were well trained and polite. This is a very well set up hotel, highest level of cleanliness and service.......very pleased with our stay and would highy reccomend

We are very satisfied with our stay at Riva Pałace Hotel. Brand new building, very nice and comfortable room with a terace, king-size bed, very modern furniture. Excellend cleaning service, very helpfull and kind front desk and restaurant service. Wish U all the best!

Hotel staff very friendly especially the receptionists. Nice clean hotel. A few things could make it better ＞ 1. A cool swimming pool for those super hot days. 2. Breakfast in bed Service. 3. Sky Sports TV channels. 4. The open outside space next to the bar, I would use that space and put either an outdoor infinity swimming pool there or seating for a restaurant. Currently its wasted space and you should make good use of the lovely view instead of an almost empty seating area (just a suggestion) I would stay in this hotel again.

Bon accueil, structures modernes et confortables. La literie était parfaite. La vue sur la lagune très jolie. Piscine agréable et spa bien agencé. Le petit déjeuner buffet très varié et avec des produits de qualités. Le personnel au petit soin. L’établissement est prêt du centre et du nord de mer.
