Great stay. All hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, I don’t see that very often and it was refreshing. Very clean, nice size room, beds comfy and good AC on a hot, muggy night. Nice sports bar/restaurant right across parking lot too.

We stayed at Home2Suites for work as it was the most centrally located hotel for our project. The check-in process was fast and the front desk person was very friendly. The room is a standard Home2Suites room, as it has a large counter area with a basic bed setup. Not my favorite bed in the world, but it will do for work. The carpet was clean of any stains, and the furniture showed no signs of wear. The bathroom was clean and had a full stand-up shower. I didn't see any signs of mold, and the floor of the shower was clean as well. We didn't use any of the amenities, such as food or the fitness center, but they looked fine.

Best thing about this place is the location. Just across the street from Van Andel Arena, and maybe two blocks east of the comedy club that we went to, so both nights, it was a super quick walk ”home”. Had a one bedroom king bed suite. Quite roomy, with a kitchen area, living room, separate bedroom, and modern walk-in shower in the bathroom. Everything worked, everything was clean. Only complaint was that theres no fan in the bathroom, but, alot of hotels have this now, sadly. Parking in the garage across the street is $30/day at the moment, which, in my opinion is a little steep, but, theres a skywalk from the garage into the hotel, so that was nice. More so, in the winter, I'm sure. If in the area again, I'd definitely stay here again. Lots of places to eat within a couple blocks all around this hotel.

The rooms are very clean and, for the most part, well maintained but things like the aircon were incredibly noisy and the toilet seat was in clear need of replacing it was so battered and worn although the rest of the bathroom was very well maintained. The room cleaning was also a bit hit-and-miss with a card indicating that they had called before I left at 9am one day and another day leaving me without shower gel because they failed to check the wall-mounted bottles. Breakfast options are very limited - there is no buffet and the hotel restaurant only offers counter service. The food is ok but, like the hotel itself, very expensive for what you get. A breakfast burrito and coffee costs about as much as a good hotel breakfast buffet elsewhere. Overall I had no serious complaints - you'll be fine staying here - but I expect more given the prices they are charging. Were their prices more reasonable, I'd give them a 3 rating.

プールは写真とは異なり小さいです。部屋にはタオルが足りず(送ると言っていたが決してしなかった)、シャンプーなどのアメニティは小さかった。その後、バッテリーが少なかったため、部屋に入ることができませんでした。フロントデスクがこれを片付けた後、非常に素敵なメンテナンス担当者がそれを修正するまで、廊下で10分間待ちました。朝食は含まれていません。バスルームのドアのフックが壊れて糸でぶら下がっていました。エアコンがベッドに直接吹き付けます。バスルームはとても狭いです。クリーネックスがなく、トイレットペーパーが不足しています。私は通常場所を嫌いませんが、CAでさえ価格を上回る私たちが支払ったもののために悲しかったです。素敵なシャトルサービスとバーでの素敵なサービスのための2つ星。あなたがそれを助けることができるならここにとどまらないでください。

Great place as everyone says. We really enjoyed the king-suite overlooking the Grand River. Lots of space and balcony. Some of the balconies are jutted out so maybe are even the bigger rooms, ours was more built into the building. But we had cover when it rained! Happy hour is nice though be careful. There was an upcharge to get a glass of pinot grigio, not sure why. A lot of typical beers seemed to be an upcharge too. And the snacks are a bit skimpy but still nice they had it. Everything faces west so the sun can be brutal in the late afternoon. But it's pretty later in the evening. Walking around the park and over the 6th Street bridge made for a nice evening stroll. Would definitely stay here again.
