Heerlijk hotel! Ruime en mooi ingericht lobby waar het heerlijk ruikt. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Vooral voor het ontbijt komen we terug. Ruime keuze, vers en een lek ik er. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

総合評価はとても良いです！ アントワープ好感度+1はホテル宿泊から始まります。 設備：ハード設備は完備されており、スリッパ、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉以外は全て揃っております。 衛生面：清潔に保たれていますが、サービスアパートメントのため、期間中は清掃員がおりませんのでご了承ください。 環境良好！ホテルのすぐ外にスーパーマーケットがあり、アントワープはとても清潔です。 良いサービス。

強くお勧めします！中央駅にとても近く、窓からは駅が見えます。防音対策もしっかりされており、驚くほど静かです。駅の通路からホテルまで直接歩いて行くこともできます。ホテルは改装されたばかりで、アメニティも充実しており、フロントスタッフの対応もとても親切です。中国の7～8年前の5つ星ホテルを彷彿とさせる雰囲気です。最高とは言えませんが、価格に見合った価値は十分にあります。

We stayed here while attending Tomorrowland. The location was perfect close to the station and shops. Room was very spacious, bigger than it seemed on the pictures. It had plenty of amenities ironing tools, mini fridge that's actually cold and hot drink station (a little confused about coffee pods but no pod machine to be found in the room). On the downside the walls were super thin. I am not sure if it was our floormates being ultra loud but we heard.every.single.word being said in the hallway and rooms around us. We would stay here again for the convenience of location.

We loved our stay at the Sapphire House! The room was very clean, spacious and beautifully designed. We also loved the location as it is was centrally located in Antwerp, yet on a quiet street. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

アントワープ駅から近くとても便利でした。気さくなホテルマンがチェックインまで声をかけてくれ親切に色々教えてくれました。ただ、ホテルの写真は記載の写真と全く違いカラフルな派手な外観です。あと、朝食を予約していましたが、出発が早いため食べることができないとホテルマンとの会話で念のため伝えると、ブレックファーストボックスを準備しておくと言ってくれ、朝チェックアウトの時にフロントで受け取るように言われ喜んでいましたが、次の朝、準備が間に合わずできていないと言われました。残念でした。

ホテルはエレガントな環境、優れたサービス、清潔で整頓された客室、完全な設備、そして非常に満足のいく滞在体験を提供しています。便利なロケーションと便利な交通機関、次回はここを選びます、それはお勧めです!

The room was clean, we booked a family room for four people but the sofa bed was not made up. Then we were told to make it up ourselves which was fine, but there were no pillows and blankets. We could’ve swapped rooms but one staff member prevented this from happening. The toilet smelt terrible of urine. Overall, the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good too, the staff in the cafeteria were very good and helpful. We travelled from Antwerp to Brussels for the day and had an amazing time.
