近くの地下鉄やバスはあまり便利ではありません。ホテルのWiFi信号は非常に悪いです。夏には、店は薄いキルトに変更する必要があります。エアコンとエアコンは完全に遮断されています😂 ホテルの衛生状態はとても良く、夜はとても素敵な屋外バルコニーがあります

City nest has everything I could want, a lovely room, a comfortable bed, hot water, plenty of eating places, my favourit almost next door, help from the owner and on the best side of West Lake. From here you can walk to both Su and Bei causeway and get a metro to the Grand canal for a lovely ferry ride.

The place was excellent, comfortable, silent, clean, pleasant, and charming. The vibe of a cozy nest. Our tatami room was a rare find. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly, and another young man showed excellent, social, and pleasant service. Everything went great for us: location, environment, cleanliness, service. It's a fantastic place. Will stay again and recommend it to my friends.

This was a great find in Hangzhou. We really enjoyed the hostess and her family and would return again for that reason. Her English was also very good. The coffee is very nice for 8rmb! I’ve read other reviews about WiFi and it does require a local Chinese number to connect. The cleanliness was a little lacking. I was traveling with a toddler who is often on the floor. I wish the floor had been cleaner in the room and bathroom. I was able to laundry on site and there was a dryer available (20 rmb total). Overall, great stay and will hopefully return again.

Just good… the owner helps in everything… very good place…

The manager was very helpful, changing our room to a better one at the same price, renting bikes for us at a very fair rate, and providing us accurate advice. Free instant coffee was available as well as water and milk and bread. Our first room was a loft, and it was fine; our second room had a balcony and was excellent. Highly recommended. Excellent location, excellent rooms, and excellent service.

I was expecting better room, it could be finer for that price, smell of damp was disturbing. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful, she could speak English

Beautiful little place next to West lake and the hills. Very clean and tidy room. Comfy bed and a good price. Staff were welcoming. Would stay again

Really enjoyed the tatami room here, very cosy. Just had a few issues with the toilet flushing. However, this is a really good base if you are coming to HZ to explore the lake and tea fields. The area of the hotel is very elegent modern buildings fused with traditional characteristics and you can find some delicious restaurants nearby.

老闆人好，熱情周到，周邊環境優美

幾年前曾經在棲息地的民宿住過，印象深刻。周邊有個竹林，溪水潺潺，悠然自得。離住的地方不遠，有一家知味觀，裏面的早點必吃。

老闆娘非常貼心還給我們換房間，距離西湖非常近。騎着自行車慢悠悠逛過去非常舒服。 衞生：很乾凈。 設施：很不錯。 環境：很好。

房間還算乾淨，地理位置不錯，關鍵民宿旁邊就可以租電瓶車，這個不要太優越啊！在杭州有個電瓶車出行不要太方便

客棧主人很客氣，提供了免費的水跟點心，位置也很好，不過浴室太小了點
