ファルケンシュタイン グランドは、マリオットのオートグラフ コレクションの一部で、フランクフルト郊外のタウヌス山脈にひっそりと佇んでいます。フランクフルト空港（FRA）からは車で約 30 分です。ホテルはケーニングシュタイン村の山腹にあります。ロビーエリアは、ホテルを構成する 7 つの建物のうちの本館にあります。他の建物は、外を散歩したい場合を除いて、地下トンネルでつながっています。本館にはバーとレストランもあります。ホテルには、さまざまなトリートメントを提供するフルサービスのスパ、十分な広さのジム、屋外温水プールがあります。客室は広くてモダンで、その広さと装飾は、ホテルが建てられた世紀の変わり目当時の雰囲気を醸し出しています。サービスと食事はどちらも素晴らしく、少し人里離れた場所にありますが、数日間のリラクゼーションのために寄り道する価値は十分にあります。

私の会社がここで会議を主催したため、私はホテルに滞在しました。私はここに 6 泊しましたが、ホテルが提供するものをたくさん体験し、全体的にホテルがとても気に入りました。私の部屋は本館 (4 号館) にあり、広くて新しく改装された部屋でした。私がそこにいた週は非常に季節外れの暖かさで、ホテルやその他の施設にはエアコンがありませんでした。私の部屋にはエアコンがないと言われましたが、涼しくて快適でした。ベッドとリネンはとても快適でした。含まれているビュッフェ式朝食を楽しみました。誰にとっても何か、とてもよくできています。外のパティオからの景色は美しかったです。レストランで提供されたランチも美味しかったです。ホテルでのミーティングも概ね良好でした。ホテル本館の会議室にはエアコンがありませんでした。私たちのミーティングはアスカラ スパの建物で行われましたが、それは新しいものでした。フロントデスクのアレクサンドラは素晴らしかったです。彼女は私のドイツ語の欠如にも親切で、レストランの素晴らしいお勧めを教えてくれて、とても親切で親切でした。素晴らしい経験をさせていただいたスタッフ全員に感謝します。

美しく風光明媚なホテルです。私たちは、簡易キッチン、バスルーム、広いリビングルーム、オフィス、マスターベッドルームを備えた大きなスイートに宿泊しました。レストランはとても美味しく、そこで働いていた人は皆とても親切でした！子供向けの素晴らしい遊び場と、座って子供たちを眺める美しいテラスがあります。私たちの部屋は少しペンキのような匂いがしましたが（本当に新品でした）、空気を入れたので素晴らしかったです。プールとホットタブは楽しかったです（ただし、これは間違いなくウェルネスの隠れ家なので、敬意を持ってください）、敷地内は本当に美しいです。私たち2人はホテルから3つの城をハイキングしましたが、それ以外には簡単に歩いて行ける場所はあまりありません。

これは、早急に近代化が必要な時代遅れの物件です。私の部屋は非常に不気味で、ベッドは不快でした。また、非常に暖かい - 涼しくする唯一の方法は窓を開けることでした。スタッフは遅く、あまり親切ではありません。たとえば、タクシーを注文するのを忘れたり、チェックインが非常に遅かったりしました。食べ物はせいぜい平均的です。

We stayed for 2 nights as a party of 7 to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The hotel was exceptional at getting little touches in place before we arrived. They honored our titanium members by upgrading our room and the overall service was wonderful. As a 3 generation travel party my kids loved the zip line in the playground and the pool. My parents found their suite perfect and complimented the breakfast buffet as one of the best. Having never stayed before I was apprehensive about booking for such a major anniversary but the Falkenstein grand delivered a once in a lifetime stay for my family. We will definitely be back. This was the 2nd stop on our cross Europe trip from Brussels to Vienna and my girls where extremely disappointed our return route did not take us back to stay again.

Dingy and depressing rooms and rude bar staff. The dated dreary rooms ****** the life out of us. There was no shaving/make up mirror. Access to the wardrobe and mirror was blocked. There is no plug socket for the hair dryer anywhere near a mirror and the cable is too short to reach, so hair drying was done kneeling on the floor. The worst thing was incredibly rude bar staff who told us we had to sit in the corner of the bar as access to the TV screen was reserved for Germans! We do not know if this was Xenophobic or not but was humiliating. Luckily the charming guests refused to listen to him and invited us to join them. It meant we chose not to purchase breakfast at the hotel as we did not want to be subjected to such appalling treatment again. The bed was a basic king size. On the bright side the desk staff and manager were friendly and helpful, though failed to tell us our dormitory block had a lift, so we climbed to the second storey before discovering it was tucked into a separate entrance. Would we stay here again? Not in a million years.
