What can I say...we had a amazing experience,hotel clean,staff amazing will go to lengths to keep you happy. Shame the weather wasn't better as would of loved to of used the outdoor pool..but the indoor one was just as good,especially it being right near the spa..oh the massages was immense and the hamman..wow.. The food was great so much to choose from and was fresh..now if you don't like cats don't come here, this was the highlight of the holiday... CATS... loved it you was never far from a furry friend,they are so well looked after by a majority of people (was some being unpleasant towards them) Wasn't many of us English here but some of the German holiday makers made a effort to spark up conversation and it showed language has no barriers..

To start with the pro’s for the Oceana. On arrival, Porters and Reception staff were extremely polite and welcoming . Nice spacious room with small balcony, en-suite with large walk-in shower. Both room and en-suite being exceptionally clean and maintained. Free mini bar stocked with bottle water,beers,juices ,coke, sprite etc, which was replenished during the week. Again all the cleaning staff were always pleasant greeting you with a nice smile and willing I am sure to do any little extras you may need doing. Restaurant and food were of a good quality,choice considering it’s an All Incusive buffet restaurant. There is also a very good choice what you might call speciality restaurants available, Asian,International and Turkish. Unlike other All Incusives I have been to, here you can eat at all three additional restaurants on your stay (in other All Inclusives, I have only ever had one) which we found was a bonus. The Piano bar in the evenings was also nice but a little restricted on the cocktail menu.waiter service was good, but must point out it was late in the season. Patisserie was good for mid-morning coffee &cake, afternoon snack of sandwich and Tea plus any Alcoholic drinks from the Piano bar,all waiter or self service. All pools, gardens and public areas including toilets were all well maintained and exceptionally clean.. Note to wheel chairs and guest with other mobility issues . Overall we found it quite good. Long easy ramps are provide in most areas, From Reception level which includes Piano bar, hotel shops and Patisserie has a long gentle slopped walkway leading down to the pool area, main restaurant block and then further down to the beach bar and beach restraunt. Now for the Cons. To be honest , we found very little to complain about. The worst problem we found that outdoor steps were on the steep side and the height of each step also a little to high,especially for older and walking stick guests. No lifts in the outside blocks,so people with slight walking problems take care.The steps are just a little on the steep side,also there is no lights at step level hence the lighting is on the poor side at night . Taxi down to Side which is a very nice trip out was Europe 14 or about 500 Turkish Lire. Overall we enjoyed the holiday.

Well where do I start other than Wow!!we have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Paloma Oceana which is where we were married with us was our close family and friends who all could not rate this resort highly enough. From the waiters to the kitchen staff to the cleaners they were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough. The resort was clean gardens were always being tended too while we were there the beach was spotless and the food was lovely so many different dishes and something for everyone.Now our wedding from us arriving nothing was too much for The general manager and Begimai who to me is an amazing person and absolute star her and her team went above and beyond to give me my special day and it was more than my expectations,I lost my mum so planning and having the wedding without her was really hard and Begimai took all that on board and gave me my dream wedding from the setting to the venue was absolutely stunning and breathtaking and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get married in Turkey you really are in safe hands and it’s such a beautiful resort thank you to everyone especially Begimai you really have no idea how much it all meant xx

Review of our stay (03-09-2024 to 10-09-2024) Guests: Two adults (~50 years old), with one having exceptional hearing. Location: Main building, street side (not overlooking the courtyard or swimming pools) Our spoken languages: Dutch (main language), English, German and a little French --- Our comments: Reception and arrival: - The reception process felt rushed. We had to ask for our bracelets ourselves. Despite informing the staff about our delayed evening flight, we were told that food was available "somewhere," which was not a helpful or a welcoming response. We had to search for food on our own and eventually found a place after a 15-minute walk. Hotel facilities: - Air conditioning: While there is air-conditioning in the rooms, it lacks a remote control, it is slow, somewhat outdated and a little noisy. - Cleanliness: The hallways have dusty lamps, windows are cleaned with cloths leaving stains and the elevators are greasy and require better maintenance. - Carpeting: The hallways are carpeted, which reduces the noise from rolling suitcases and footsteps. - General remark: Rooms near the elevators are not recommended due to constant noise from the elevator doors. Restaurant: - Food variety: The restaurant offers a wide variety of food and complaints about this are really (from our perspective) unwarranted. However, a few areas for improvement include: - Knives are ineffective for cutting. - Indicate whether olives have pits (can lead to broken teeth). - The staff is friendly and hardworking, particularly the young woman with a tattoo under her ear and a another the slender woman. However, the service is overly rushed, resulting in plates being cleared to fast or incorrect orders are being served. - The hotel promotes ecological responsibility. It would be helpful to clarify these practices upon arrival to avoid excessive food waste and educate guests on portion sizes. - Room cleaning: The sign for room cleaning is 200% unclear. Simplify it to: “Clean My Room” or “Do Not Disturb” for better understanding. Don't try to make it so fancy. Facilities and amenities: - Swimming Pools: The pools are clean and very well-maintained, though the water can be a bit warm, but definitely better than too cold. - Gardens: The gardens are beautifully green and well-maintained, but we didn't see any insects (why?). - Beds: The beds are quite hard and sometimes you can feel the springs. - Room insulation: Rooms are spacious, but poorly insulated against noise. We could hear neighbors coughing and other *disturbances*. Language/communication: - Most staff speak Turkish and German; English proficiency is very, very limited. Shower Room: * No Double sink: We noticed that the lack of a double sink (we could have been seen in the photos), but it was still inconvenient. * Toilet privacy: The toilet is not separated from the rest of the room, leading to a lack of privacy. The toilet door has a huge opening at the top, which is very uncomfortable an poorly de

I have only good experience and memories from this holiday at this hotel. I spent 7 days with my 3 boys (ae 10,10 and 9). Hotel staff was friendly and nice, clean rooms, very delicious and good food. Definitely plenty good choices of puddings I was staying at family connection rooms so it was perfect combination, we could go to see night entertainments and back in very quiet rooms. My children enjoyed time on water slides, for them it was important that pool water wouldn't be salty (as other hotels water parks had salty water). Most of hotel guests was German speaking people so all the time everyone would speak to us in German first but that's was just tiny thing. Also evening entertainments impressed me! Definitely it was much much better than I was expecting. I woud happily come back again.

Stayed at Paloma Oceana with a large Family group for a wedding. The wedding day itself was just perfect with such an amazing set up on the roof terrace. The wedding service, the layout of seating, the flower arch and the food and the dancing afterwards could not have been any better. The waiters were also very attentive regarding drinks 10/10 Paloma! The hotel itself is very clean with such beautiful well attended gardens surrounding the whole area. The food is great with something for everyone, meats, fish, vegetarian options, salads, many many sweets - there is no need to go out of the hotel as the variety was very good. Also, there are A La Carte restaurants of which we would recommend Wabisabi and the Steak restaurant, both were delicious. The beach here is the best we have seen in Turkey….lovely soft sand and then once entering the warm mediterranean sea, you can go out for approx 50 yards without it getting too deep. We would also recommend a 20 min taxi trip along to the stunning ancient town of Side, the views from here are amazing We would recommend this hotel for families snd couples alike
