バタムでおすすめのインフィニティプール付きホテル

「このホテルに泊まるのは初めてではありません。交通機関やホテル内のサービスなど、全体的に良いサービスでした。立地も良く、モールにも歩いてすぐです。子供と大人を連れて2回旅行したので、このホテルは私たちにとって最高のホテルです。友人にもお勧めします。唯一の欠点は朝食の品数です。遅い時間に行くと、食事の補充が間に合わないのです。部屋の清潔さも十分とは言えず、ハウスキーピング後でも壁や床に埃やクモの巣が残っています。」

「Very pleased to have found a nice hotel in the Penuin area, and smack next to the Grand Batam Mall as well. Check in was very quick and fast, and we were in the rooms within 5-7 minutes of checking in. We got a twin room with south facing windows which was nicely equipped with international plugs and well thought out room lighting modes on the control panel. Airconditioning was good and toilet ventilation was also pretty decent. I used the gym which was nicely equipped for weight training as well as some cardio machines, and the pool was pretty nice. Beds were comfortable and I had a great sleep. Some areas for improvement in the housekeeping area: 1. There were oil stains on the room windows that was not cleaned for the duration of our stay (likely from previous guest pressing his/her face against the window) 2. The tissue box on the bathroom counter needs a re-think, as there's a hole on the bottom, the tissues get soaked when water splashes out of the sink onto the counter 3. Water pressure for the sink needs to be adjusted, it's too strong and splashes all over to the unsuspecting user 4. Shower pressure was good but the shower head was split open (did not affect the functionality) All in all, very nice and I would stay here again and would recommend it to my friends as it's probably the nicest hotel in the area currently.」

「このホテルは滞在するのに最高で、今回で2回目です。サービスは最高です。モールへの往復シャトルサービスがあり、とても便利です。このホテルにはエスカマッサージもあります。 今回の旅行で唯一コメントした点は、エアコンが漏れていたことです。誰かに見てもらった後も漏れていました。 もう1つコメントしたのは、シャワーエリアのデザインで、シャワーを浴びているときに水が後ろに溜まって水たまりができてしまうことです。水が流れている限り、まず後ろに流れていきます。 私たちが泊まった部屋は820号室です。それ以外はすべて素晴らしかったです。とてもフレンドリーで素晴らしいスタッフです。」

「リゾートはとても〜きれいでした。プールは2つありますが、低いところから深いところまであり、選んで遊べます。管理はうまくいっていました。ウェルカムドリンクも美味しかったし、翌日他のリゾートに移動しなければならなかったディレセプションのスタッフにお願いしたので他のリゾート車両を呼び出していただきました。夜も照明がとてもきれいな宿です。外食配達サービスができない点は残念でした。部屋は階高が高く広くてよかったです！」

「Overall it is good The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities so far are so good the room space is wide too. Maybe due to the festive season . Breakfast was king queued but luckily it extended the hour for guests. But hope the breakfast option can have different daily. Location is a bit out from the town need, but they do provide shuttle service to the centre. The hotel also provides a big slice of cake and room decoration to surprise us for the birthday celebration 🎉」

「Very good for staycation. Quiet, Good View, Fresh Air and Swimming pool accessible, Near to the Tiger beach and the hotel provide shuttle service to there, Rooms are clean but the floor is dusty.  Overall, it was a good choice and satisfied though it’s a bit far from the city.」

「1. 船でイミグレーションに到着後、出口を左に曲がるとホテルのB1階がございます。 2. フロントデスクの人たちはとても熱心で、とてもおいしいシーフードを私たちに勧めてくれました。ベイエリア。 3. 部屋には一人が横になれる長いソファがあります。 4. ホテル最上階のバーは眺めが良いですが、少し暑いです。 5. 私たちが予約したシービュールームは桟橋の真上にあるはずです。いくつかのボートが停まっており、少しうるさい場合がありますので、予約時にメモしてください。」

「場所はとても良いです、海に近く、価格は正しいです。今回は出張で、アパートの場所と価格性能比を長い間選びました。バタム島の他の場所に行くのはとても速いです。重要なのはフェリーターミナルの隣です。シンガポールに行くのはとても便利です。」

「The owner said Tv had only netflix and youtube. And no Netflix account. But when i adjust the antenna. There's normal tv channel available. She wont entertain calls. Only whatsapp test. Hate this type of people」
