Truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The room is beautifully decorated in a zen theme, we stayed at the courtyard facing room which was extremely peaceful. The room itself is huge, clean and furnished with smart technology. The service of the staff and owners is one of the best I've experienced, we arrived at 8am in the morning and were picked up at the airport. Breakfast prepared each morning was also very good, tea and coffee were also provided for free at request. The location of the hotel is also extremely convenient as it is situated in the old town. Upon leaving, the owners also gave us complimentary care packages of rose tea to bring home and arranged for our transportation to our next destination. Highly recommend this stay and would definitely come back again!

剛開始不確定具體情況所以先定了一晚，結果一來大驚喜，原地續住了兩晚，民宿很有設計感，收拾得整潔舒適，氛圍感很好。老闆和善熱心，待人真誠，給予了很多本地遊玩實用建議。在這裏住得放鬆安心，是旅途當中很治癒的落腳點，值得推薦。 ps：這裡有5隻可愛的小肥貓，太太太可愛了，娃住下對後面去景點的興趣都少了一半，就想在民宿玩。

Nuangui Homestay I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails. I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up. When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm. Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves. The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there). The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps. The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round. Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

這次騰沖之旅最驚喜的湖景民宿！位置絕佳，就在和順古鎮野鴨湖旁，推窗就是湖光山色，傍晚看夕陽灑在湖面，氛圍感直接拉滿 。 房間乾淨整潔，裝修是輕奢北歐風，細節感拉滿。最愛的是陽台私湯温泉，晚上泡着温泉看星空，感受夜晚山風，所有疲憊都消散了 。 床品柔軟好睡 鬧中取靜，環境靜謐，不管是逛古鎮還是去周邊景區都很方便 。下次來騰沖，一定還住這裏！

We could see the effort of the hotel team to serve their guests very well, staff was attentive and accommodating. Kind of compact room but efficient, very clean with no bad odors, shower with great water pressure, we had a relaxing bath after a tiring trip, and had a good rest. Without a doubt, I would return to this hotel. I will mention 2 points that perhaps went unnoticed by those responsible, with the intention of contributing to getting even better and surely not as a criticism, even so because we were really satisfied with the hotel. 1. The bath towels had a little bit of bad odor, giving the impression that they are not washed professionally or at least washed with disinfectant products, also the white color of the towels already had somewhat grimy colors. 2. grout from the sink and shower box, had a little of mold, which can be removed using products such as bleach water when cleaning. Which all the best for the hotel team and thank you all

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was honestly one of the highlights of my trip to Tengchong. The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s tucked away in the mountains, surrounded by greenery and open fields, so it feels peaceful and secluded without being too far from the main attractions. Waking up to misty mountain views every morning was such a treat. The biggest reason I booked this place was the private hot spring, and it did not disappoint. The hot spring water comes directly from Rehai and is available 24/7. Having a private soaking pool in the courtyard was amazing—completely private, quiet, and perfect after a long day of exploring. After visiting Rehai and the surrounding attractions, soaking in the warm mineral water felt incredibly relaxing. My muscles felt less sore, and I slept so well afterward. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was soft, the bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and even the toiletries felt high quality. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh local fruit, and they took the time to explain how to use the hot spring and recommend places to visit nearby. They were always quick to help whenever we had questions. Breakfast here was delicious, with local Tengchong specialties like freshly cooked rice noodles and eggs. There’s also a nice spot to grab coffee and relax around the property. Whether you’re visiting as a couple, with family, or bringing your parents for a relaxing wellness getaway, I would definitely recommend this place. If I ever return to Tengchong, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

滿分五星好評！這次入住體驗真的超出預期～酒店環境乾淨整潔，大堂和走廊都香香的很舒服。房間佈置温馨大氣，床品柔軟親膚，隔音效果特別好，晚上睡得特別安穩。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房速度很快，有需求響應也超及時。衞生細節做得很到位，洗漱用品齊全，衞浴乾淨無異味。性價比超高，下次來還選這家，強烈推薦給大家！

第二次入住，環境很好，房屋乾淨寬敞，温泉泡池及環境乾淨整潔，洗衣方便，提供接送站服務，入住前提前聯繫，服務態度很好，離古鎮乘車點和後山入口都不算遠，有棋牌娛樂室，是修養度假的不二之選
