We have stayed in many places all over the world, and this accommodation ranks among the very best we have ever experienced. Before we even arrived, the team had already contacted us and seamlessly arranged our airport transfer and pickup to the accommodation, which immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. Accommodation: The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. The design, attention to detail, and overall comfort reflect the work of a top-tier designer. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement. It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others. Location: Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience. Customer Service & Staff: The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. We were deeply touched by the manager’s generosity and thoughtful parting gifts. 設施：房間設施很新 我感覺他家陽台設計的躺椅非常好 可以在房間躺着看雪山 而且一覽無餘 衞生：他家衞生是我這次出來旅行最乾淨的一家 而且沒有異味 位置：距離白沙古鎮很近走路🚶➡️四五分鐘就可以到，很方便去周圍的，買東西也很方便外賣都可以點的到的，酒店門口有停車場太便捷了 環境：景色觀景一絕前面毫無遮擋對雪山一覽無餘非常的nice ，而且樓頂還有個鞦韆拍照超級出片 服務：服務人員都很貼心，給人的感覺就是回到了家一樣，管家幫我們拿行李還給簡單的規劃了行程讓我們避免踩坑超級貼心，尤其管家小哥推薦的好吃的，都沒有踩雷超級好吃😋。跟小哥的聊天就可以看出來他也是個吃貨🤭，哈哈哈。 這真的是我這次旅行超級物有所值的一家民宿 已加V下次必須還來住這裏，很安靜、很愜意、很古樸、很舒服。 哦！

I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out. YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful. First impressions were great. As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable. Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup. There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby. Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin. The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing. The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay. I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.

This is a place that only exists in dreams. Snow mountains, huge green grasslands and adorable animals everywhere -the scenery was truly unforgettable. I fell in love with this place the moment I arrived. For people who are always busy and stressed with daily life, I highly recommend staying here. It is the kind of place that makes you slow down, breathe and feel peaceful again. The whole environment is calm, quiet and very healing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is also very convenient, very near to Baisha Ancient Town and they even provide free shuttle service. One of my favourite stays in Yunnan and I would love to come back again someday.

What can I say! A beautiful place with an absolutely insane view of the mountains. The staff are incredibly attentive, whether it’s for recommendations or anything else, they are genuinely lovely. The rooms are simply stunning, and I couldn’t recommend this place more!

The service and the acivities are superb. The overall is good. The hotel is sitting at the middle of mountain which is quite and peacful. Moreover the hotel cafe is amost at the top of mountian so you will get a stunning view The down side is 1.The view from the balcony I booked is not as advertised (I pay extra for this view, see the picture on trip) and is also nearby the cemetry ( I would perfer to stay in the room at the opposite site) 2. The hot water is not stable as it was too hot , hot, just rigth, cold, and too cold. It happens like this when we are showering

Honestly, I rarely post reviews—but this time I really felt like I had to, because this hotel was the highlight of my family trip to Yunnan. From the moment we entered the hotel gate, we were already amazed. The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The staff member who communicated with us via WeChat was incredibly helpful—from arranging our transfer from the station to the hotel, to accommodating my dietary restrictions as a Muslim. They kindly prepared a special breakfast for us: rice noodles with egg, along with sweet potatoes, corn, and boiled eggs. What made it even more special was that everything was cooked by a very warm grandmother. Despite the language barrier, we could truly feel the warmth and love in her cooking. The cabin we booked was absolutely perfect. It had a spacious yard, a hot tub, and a terrace with a table and chairs—great for dining or simply spending time together with family. Stepping inside the cabin was even more impressive: a large bed, lots of natural light, and equipped with smart home devices. One important detail for us was the bathroom—it had a bidet and a fully smart toilet with remote control. Since the temperature in Lijiang varies greatly between day and night, we were very grateful that the cabin had both floor heating and room heating. The bedroom also featured a large projector, and above it, a sunroof that can be opened—perfect for stargazing at night. It truly exceeded all our expectations. The hotel area is also next to a very aesthetic café with a stunning view called Yuntian Cafe. For those traveling with family, this place is perfect—the area is spacious and great for kids to explore nature. If you want to go out for meals, Baisha Ancient Town is just a few kilometers away. What I will remember the most is the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate every request. Please never change—your hospitality feels just like being with family. Next time we visit Lijiang, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

He was incredibly attentive, warm, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire stay. From the smallest details to every request we had, he handled everything with patience, efficiency, and genuine care. What impressed us most was not only his responsiveness, but also his sincerity always made us feel welcomed, remembered, and truly looked after. 小杨 went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. His service was never just formal or routine; it felt personal, heartfelt, and full of warmth. He anticipated our needs, checked in on us appropriately, and made every arrangement feel effortless. Because of him, the stay felt less like a hotel visit and more like being warmly hosted by someone who truly cared. He made us feel completely at home, and his outstanding service left a very deep impression on us. The food and drinks were also impressive. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The afternoon tea was generous, with a wide variety of food, and the drinks were very enjoyable as well. Every part of the dining experience felt carefully curated. Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations in every way. With its beautiful rooms, breathtaking views, excellent amenities, delicious food, and truly outstanding service from 小杨, this was a perfect stay.
