「The hotel is a new hotel and some rooms are under decorations，it is not a real hotel actually which can be named guest house or inn. It is a boutique inn which locates beside Jailing river. Upon check in ，agent is very friendly and helpful，she welcomed us with hospitality and warmth. The inn boss met in the lobby by accident，sorry can not memorized his name，he is very kind and enthusiastic. The boss offered my wife a wooden hand strings，he expressed which can bring us happiness and lucky destiny. Besides，he issued us tourists map and Leshan introduction which are very user-friendly to first comer. There are many restaurants nearby，such as Miao Wei spicy hot pot(秒味串串)，BBQ and Qiaojiao beef(跷脚牛肉)，etc. Our room locates on 20th floor & No. 05，is not very spacious，however the layout and location are very gorgeous which face Jialing river directly and Leshan giant Buddha can be overlooked clearly in the distance. This amazing view brought us good mood and atmosphere during stay. It is a bit expensive during May day holiday. It is the best choice for lodging under the premise of avoiding holiday and festive days for staggered shift tourism. Overall staying experience was good，staffs are nice ，especially location and picturesque. Strongly recommend to all of you if you travel to Leshan. Thanks」

「Great stay. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are big and clean. Wanda Plaza next to the hotel is great with many eateries in and around the hotel. Breakfast is good. Then to our great surprise, she asked her colleague, Lucky Wang, and gave us a present, and inside its full of goodies that were so thoughtful. Sorry we missed saying goodbye to Una, she was not working that day. I would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.」

「酒店位置不錯，旁邊興發街的甘記豆腐腦和劉鴨子都不錯，步行一刻鐘可以到東大街各種覓食！
酒店停車指示不明顯，坡道狹窄要特別小心，車庫感覺灰濛濛的，最奇怪的是安裝了梯步燈結果亮的是你走過的台階，要走的反而沒有亮！
還有一點要注意，酒店香薰有點重，雖然茶香還不錯，不過時間久了還是不太接受！」

「楽山の５つ星ホテルとしては立地は良く、衛生環境も悪くありませんでしたが、最初の部屋は窓が閉まらなかったので変更してもらいました。フロントデスクに電話したところ、季節の変わり目はホテル全体に自然風の状態でしかないと言われましたが、ホテルはエアコンがないことを事前に知らせていませんでした。子連れだったので、部屋の気温が28度で、子供たちは暑くて眠れなかったので、夕方12時過ぎにエアコンをつけました。翌朝起きると、またエアコンが止まっていた。最後の理由は、この種のホテルはとても迷惑だ。」

ゲゲスト私は平均して年に 2 ～ 3 回峨眉山を訪れ、多くのホテルや B&B に宿泊しました。私が出会ったスタッフはとても親切で、どの部屋も子供向けの設備を含め、細部にまで配慮が行き届いています。デンタルキットとスリッパ 暖炉のそばでお茶を淹れるのは最高でした。ベッドはとても快適で静かでした。家族全員が私を何度も褒めてくれました。社長の意図がとても伝わってきて、ゆっくりとした感じがあり、焦りもなくとても気に入ったのでまた来ます❤️
今週末は楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました、ありがとうございました。

ゲゲストWe stayed here and spent 2 days/1 night in Leshan. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor and you access it via a lift from ground level. The reception is located on the 2nd floor, it has views from the river. The staff is super helpful and very communicative, the breakfast is super tasty, and the rooms are super spacious and clean and within a reasonable price range. The hotel features traditional Chinese style architecture, minimalist interior, and clean. It is also really well located close to shops, restaurants and riverwalk.
The hotel is called 'a beautiful dream hotel', and I had many dreams while staying here! Wish we could have stayed longer, definitely recommend.

First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience.
Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service!
Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay.
Facilities:
The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale.
Location:
About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient.
Breakfast:
Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting.
Environment:
The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.
Overall:
The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

山に登る前に、フロントデスクにルートのヒントを具体的に尋ねておいたんです。そうしないと、間違ったバス停に行ってしまうところでした。どうもありがとうございます！
登山の後は、専用の中庭や公共の温泉プールでゆっくりくつろぐことができます。

設施：復古布藝沙發加實木茶几，房間有獨立小桌椅，配了茶具，衞浴用品也很精緻。
服務：前台小姐姐會推薦本地人常去的小吃店，退房時還送了伴手禮，貼心不刻意。
衞生：每日簡單清掃，桌面沒有灰塵，床品摸起來乾爽柔軟，衞生間的地漏沒有異味，熱水也充足。

ゲゲストI can't say enough about how stunning this hotel is. Nestled in a breathtaking mountain area, the natural beauty all around is truly captivating.
The hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Our host went above and beyond, assisting us with everything we needed. He even provided transportation and cooked delicious meals for us, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient.
Our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were given a top-floor suite, boasting a spacious terrace with panoramic views. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery.
The breakfast each morning was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return.

ゲゲスト少し古びていますが、ニーズには合っています。私は4階に宿泊しましたが、夜中に蚊が飛んできて刺されたので（部屋の中で蚊の音が聞こえました）、あまり快適ではありませんでした。また、リビングルームとの間を仕切る壁がなく（棚があるだけ）、蚊を効果的にシャットアウトする方法がありませんでした。また、夜食のお粥に髪の毛が入っていたので、それ以来、夜食のお粥は頼まなくなりました。
スタッフはあまり親切ではなく、むしろかなり失礼です。例えば、ミルクティーを作ってくれた女性や、1人を除くフロントデスクのスタッフのほとんどがそうです。シャトルの運転手には感謝しなければなりません。彼はとてもフレンドリーで、本当に歓迎されていると感じましたが、他の人は皆、私を邪魔者扱いしました。私の中国語はそれほど上手ではありませんが、精一杯努力しました。無料のミルクティーを作ってくれた女性は、私がもう一度言ってほしいと頼んだ時に邪魔者扱いされ、それが何なのか説明すらしませんでした。私がこれまで宿泊した他のホテルと比べて、WeChatでの対応もそれほど親切ではありません。

Check in desk staff do not even know a single word of English even though they have studied it since grade 2.
They won't even look at you if you can't speak Chinese. Wanted to know what airport I flew into China from even though I am on a spouse visa and have been here for 7 years. Creates nothing but problems.
The hotel itself is a new renovation of an older building. The owner has spent lots of money on materials to make the place look new, however inside the room those materials were installed by perhaps the worst and dumbest installers ever. There is silicone and paint overpsray everywhere.
The bathtub is nice but of course the drain doesn't work right and the water supply fittings turn in circles because they weren't installed right.
The walls of the shower and toilet room have never been cleaned not even after construction. There is still construction dust and silicone everywhere.
Sad that they would hire such a worthless installer to install premium quality items
The cleaning staff is friendly however they will scream loudly and horque a loogy and spit right outside your bedroom.
Downstairs on the third floor is a tea bar overlooking the river. It is nice but if you ask for coffee in English they don't understand. So I asked for coffee in Chinese and they still didn't understand. Useless.
Overall for most people they would probably enjoy this hotel. It's got a great location and is a new renovation. The AC worked very very well.
