I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out. YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful. First impressions were great. As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable. Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup. There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby. Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin. The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing. The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay. I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip in Yunnan Province. The facilities are excellent and the staff’s service is absolutely top-notch — warm, attentive, and truly professional. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Our kids even complained that they couldn’t spend more time at the hotel because we were out doing activities all day. They felt so comfortable and happy here and kept saying that next time we come to Lijiang, we must stay at this hotel again — and dedicate one full day just to enjoy the hotel without going anywhere. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at vento hotel, the staffs was so friendly and accommodating always welcoming us with a smile and tries the best to attend to our requests. They even have sending off service by didi to locations within gu cheng and airport/railway station pick up service. Overall, I’m really more than satisfied with the experience here and would definitely recommend to my friends & family if they are planning to visit Li Jiang! Cheers.

這次麗江之行的住宿被雲曼狠狠圈粉！選對地方真的能讓旅行幸福感翻倍。位置是妥妥的加分項，就在古城核心區，離大水車、四方街步行衹要三五分鐘，出門逛吃超方便，返程時老闆還安排師傅到路口接行李，完全不用扛着箱子走青石板路，對遊客太友好了🥳。鬧中取靜的庭院超驚喜，白牆黑瓦配紅燈籠，綠植繁花環繞，坐在裏面曬太陽喝茶，瞬間get宋氏慢生活的愜意。 房間細節藏滿用心，寬敞又明亮，床品乾淨得能聞到陽光的味道，軟乎乎的床墊躺下就不想起，窗邊還能瞥見古城景緻，智能馬桶這些配置很顯品質，衞生更是沒話説，連角落都乾乾淨淨沒有異味， 服務貼心到像回老家！老闆和員工都熱情又親切，有求必應，還主動給我們分享麗江隱藏美食攻略和靠譜遊玩路線，完全不踩雷，太Nice了！！🥳🥳

家族のために6泊の山景ヴィラを予約しました。景色は美しく、部屋は清潔で、空気は新鮮で、サービスはきめ細やかで、アクティビティも豊富でした。空港送迎も時間通りで、家族みんなが大満足でした！ 一番のお気に入りは、湖を自由に泳ぎ回る白いガチョウとアヒルたち𓅿𓅹で、本当に可愛かったです！早朝には、雪山が朝日に照らされる壮大な景色も見ることができました。朝食もとても美味しく、特に「饵丝（アースー）」は忘れられない味でした〜。スタッフの方々はいつも親切で丁寧で、毎日その日の特別な軽食、例えばバラ餅、焼きジャガイモ、チーズなどを届けてくれました。毎日違うものが提供され、サプライズがいっぱいでした！ 家族はホテルで伝統文化を深く体験し、ナシ族の祈祷式、再生紙作り、トンバ文字の絵画なども楽しみました。どれも専門的で面白かったです！伝統文化好きの方には絶対おすすめです〜

麗江旅行で選んだこのホテルは、期待をはるかに超える素晴らしい滞在でした！麗江古城の中心部に位置し、喧騒から離れた静かな隠れ家のような空間を提供しています。伝統的なナシ族の三庭と屏風壁、そして青瓦の木造建築が織りなす景観は、どこを向いても絵のように美しく、どの写真も傑作と言えるでしょう。まさにナシ族文化を体感できる場所です。 立地も抜群で、四方街まで徒歩数分なので、ショッピングの後も迷うことなくホテルに戻ってゆっくり休むことができます。客室は広々として快適です。 サービスは申し分ありません。チェックインからチェックアウトまで、すべてが効率的で丁寧でした。フロントデスクは古城観光の情報を積極的に提供してくれ、ベルボーイは荷物を運んでくれ、ルームサービスは迅速かつ丁寧で、地元の特産茶や軽食まで用意してくれました。朝食は種類豊富で、できたての米麺も楽しめました。ホテルには、旧市街と遠くにそびえる玉龍雪山を一望できる展望テラスがあり、その雰囲気はまさに息を呑むほどです。 ロマンチックな休暇、家族旅行、一人旅など、どんな旅のスタイルにもぴったりのホテルです。麗江旧市街に滞在すれば、ゆったりとした生活リズムを実感でき、今回の旅に最適な選択と言えるでしょう。迷う必要はありません！

This was truly one of the most wonderful and memorable homestay experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, refined, and thoughtfully arranged. The entire stay was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail made us feel well taken care of. The room was absolutely beautiful: spacious, luxurious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It was designed with great attention to detail, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere. One of the highlights was being able to enjoy a stunning view of Yulong Snow Mountain directly from the room, which made the stay feel even more special and unforgettable. The amenities were also excellent, especially the Le Labo toiletries, which added a lovely touch of luxury. The highlight of our stay was definitely the exceptional service from our butler, 小杨. He was incredibly attentive, warm, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire stay. From the smallest details to every request we had, he handled everything with patience, efficiency, and genuine care. What impressed us most was not only his responsiveness, but also his sincerity always made us feel welcomed, remembered, and truly looked after. 小杨 went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. His service was never just formal or routine; it felt personal, heartfelt, and full of warmth. He anticipated our needs, checked in on us appropriately, and made every arrangement feel effortless. Because of him, the stay felt less like a hotel visit and more like being warmly hosted by someone who truly cared. He made us feel completely at home, and his outstanding service left a very deep impression on us. The food and drinks were also impressive. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The afternoon tea was generous, with a wide variety of food, and the drinks were very enjoyable as well. Every part of the dining experience felt carefully curated. Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations in every way.
