雲南での最初の滞在地として、本当に素晴らしい体験ができました。 無料の空港送迎があり、ドライバーさんはとても信頼できる方でした。事前に連絡をくださり、到着ゲートで早めに待っていてくれました。車内は清潔で整頓されていました。 古城の入り口に着くと、すでにスタッフが待ってくれていました。荷物は三輪車で運んでくれ、担当の方が私たちを民宿まで案内してくれました。道中、民宿の設備や観光に関するアドバイスをしてくれました。 部屋は広々としており、設備も充実していました。ベッドはどちらも非常に大きく、バスルームも広々としていたので、大人2名と子供2名で泊まってもゆったりと快適に過ごせました。床暖房とエアコンも完備されており、雲南の冬の夜は少し冷えますが、床暖房のおかげでとても快適でした。 2階からは古城の景色がよく見渡せ、写真の古城の全景は2階から撮影したものです。 民宿を出てすぐのところに四方街があり、とても賑やかです。木府や大水車といった観光スポットにも歩いて行ける距離で、まさに「一歩出れば賑やか、一歩入れば静謐」といった感じです。 毎日提供されるアフタヌーンティーはどれも素晴らしく、特にラテの美しいラテアートには感動しました！朝食は11時までなので、のんびり旅行する私たちにとってはとてもありがたかったです。 古城にはたくさんの民宿があり、選ぶのに迷いましたが、ここに決めて本当に良かったです。素晴らしい滞在でした👍

今回の麗江旅行で、この宿を選べたことが一番の幸運でした。もしもう一度来る機会があれば、間違いなくまたここに泊まります！ **最高の立地で、移動も楽々** 宿を出るとすぐに古城で、角を曲がれば賑やかな石畳の道に溶け込めます。四方街まではゆっくり歩いても数分で、食事やショッピングに非常に便利です。しかし、メインストリートに隣接しているわけではないので、夜はとても静かに眠れます。 **心温まるサービス、まるで我が家のように** チェックインからチェックアウトまで、どのスタッフも家族のように親切でした。毎日遊びから戻ると、いつも温かいお茶が用意されていて、皆さんとおしゃべりしたり、おすすめの観光スポットやグルメを教えてもらったりと、まるでホテルに泊まっているのではなく、旧友の家を訪れているような感覚でした。車の手配やチケット予約、重い荷物の運搬まで、いつも快く手伝ってくれて、とても安心感があり、温かい気持ちになりました。 **テラスからの眺め、一目で感動** 何よりも忘れられないのは、宿のテラスです！眺めはまさに最高でした。目の前には古城の重なり合う瓦屋根が広がり、遠くには雄大な玉龍雪山がそびえ立ち、適当に撮った写真でも絵葉書になるほどです。昼間は雲の移ろいを眺め、夕暮れ時には屋根に夕日が降り注ぐ様子を、夜は古城の灯りが次々と灯り、雪山のシルエットと寄り添うように輝く景色を眺めていると、下に降りたくなくなります。 **細部までこだわり、人情味あふれる宿** 宿の中庭は手入れが行き届いていて、緑豊かな植物が茂り、陽光が差し込むと心が癒されます。部屋は清潔で整頓されており、設備も充実していて、寝具も快適で、夜はぐっすり眠れました。ホテル特有の冷たさはなく、温かい人情とリラックスした雰囲気に満ちています。 もし一言でまとめるなら、ここはただの宿ではなく、旅の途中の「家」のような場所です。麗江でゆっくり過ごし、温かさを感じたいすべての方におすすめします。

Beautiful place to stay! It’s located in Yuhu Village, personally I feel this village is the most prettiest village in Lijiang. It’s also very exclusive because you need to be confirmed to be able to enter the village. It’s perfect for those who like peaceful village. There are some shops and restaurants, not too many, they are still building them, but the good thing is it is clean and not too crowded. Pauline itself is magnificent! From the room to the front desk. Room is clean, spacious, and modern! Not to mention the mountain view from the balcony. The front desk people are super helpful. They help with luggages, laundry and all my needs! I would definetely come back to stay here when I’m in Lijiang. Lastly, don’t worry, easy to grab Didi to take you anywhere. Also, the rooftop coffee shop is very scenic and close!

部屋は広々としていて、ホテルの雰囲気も快適でした。観光で疲れて外出したくない時は、部屋でゆっくり休むことができてとてもリラックスできました。私たちの部屋は最上階だったので、プライバシーも確保でき、眺めも素晴らしかったです。雨季でなければ、景色はもっと良かったでしょう。ホテルの立地も抜群で、旧市街のすぐそばに位置していました。旧市街に繋がる通りは整備が行き届いており、数百メートル圏内に美しいお店や家々が立ち並び、旧市街の雰囲気と便利なアクセスを両立させていました。ホテルはチェックインとチェックアウト前に、送迎サービスについて積極的に連絡をくれました。エレベーターはありませんでしたが、チェックインとチェックアウトの際にはスタッフが荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。エレベーターを頻繁に利用しない限り、移動は非常に便利でした。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。何かあればWeChatで連絡できます。対応も迅速で親切です。今回の滞在は、旅行の印象をとても良いものにしてくれました。 唯一の難点は、バスルームのハンガーラックのスペースが限られていたことです。ドアのそばのスツールに服を置かなければなりませんでした。部屋はかなり広かったのですが、ティッシュやゴミ箱などの小物類は標準的なホテルの部屋と同じくらいしかなく、時々不便でした。同じくらいの広さの他の部屋では、このような問題はなかったように思います。ベッドサイドテーブルに予備のティッシュが1パック、洗面台の下にゴミ箱があればもっと便利だったでしょう。毎日の部屋の清掃と整理整頓は、大手チェーンホテルほど徹底してはいませんでした。しかし、ホテルの対応は概ね良好で、私たちにとってはそれほど大きな問題ではなかったので、滞在中は特に何も言いませんでした。これらの点に関して特別な要望がある方は、このレビューを参考にしてください。ホテルが今後も改善を続けてくれることを願っています！👍🏻

設備：広々とした客室にはブランドアメニティが揃い、美しくスタイリッシュな内装です。 環境：床から天井まで届く大きな窓からは素晴らしい景色を望めます。湖を見下ろしながら夕日を眺め、玉龍雪山を正面に眺めればパノラマの日の出を一望できます。バスタブに加え、使い捨てのバスタオルとバススポンジ、使い捨ての便座カバーもご用意しています。お子様用アメニティも用意されており、お子様連れにも大変便利です。 サービス：素晴らしいサービスで、不満は全くありませんでした。お子様連れや高齢者への配慮も行き届いており、とても居心地の良いゲストハウスでした。出発時にはお土産のサービスがあり、駐車場も利用できました。

設備：詳細は不明です。合計2部屋予約しましたが、1部屋は非常に狭く、服を掛ける場所も冷蔵庫の上だけでした。少し窮屈でした。 衛生面：下水が詰まっているというトラブルがありましたが、すぐに対応してくれました。 環境：外観は綺麗ですが、内装はビジネスホテルほど良くはありません。 個人的な意見ですが、価格対性能比は高くありません。予約時は1泊650ルピーでしたが、当日チェックインしたら417ルピーまで値下がりしましたが、差額の返金はなく、部屋も2部屋しかなかったので選択肢がありませんでした。雲南省旅行を終えて、その後泊まった4つ星ホテルの方が安く、設備も新しく、設備も充実していました。ホテルを予約する時は見た目ではなく、快適さで決めるべきだと思います。私もお店でコーヒー豆を1ポンド500元で買いました。後でネットで調べてみたら、彼の店より高いものは見当たらず、金かどうかも分かりません。誰が知るでしょうか？つまり、予約したいなら、あまり早く予約しすぎないでください。値下げされるかもしれません。計算すると1,800元の損失でした。

This is a place that only exists in dreams. Snow mountains, huge green grasslands and adorable animals everywhere -the scenery was truly unforgettable. I fell in love with this place the moment I arrived. For people who are always busy and stressed with daily life, I highly recommend staying here. It is the kind of place that makes you slow down, breathe and feel peaceful again. The whole environment is calm, quiet and very healing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is also very convenient, very near to Baisha Ancient Town and they even provide free shuttle service. One of my favourite stays in Yunnan and I would love to come back again someday.

這次麗江之行的住宿被雲曼狠狠圈粉！選對地方真的能讓旅行幸福感翻倍。位置是妥妥的加分項，就在古城核心區，離大水車、四方街步行衹要三五分鐘，出門逛吃超方便，返程時老闆還安排師傅到路口接行李，完全不用扛着箱子走青石板路，對遊客太友好了🥳。鬧中取靜的庭院超驚喜，白牆黑瓦配紅燈籠，綠植繁花環繞，坐在裏面曬太陽喝茶，瞬間get宋氏慢生活的愜意。 房間細節藏滿用心，寬敞又明亮，床品乾淨得能聞到陽光的味道，軟乎乎的床墊躺下就不想起，窗邊還能瞥見古城景緻，智能馬桶這些配置很顯品質，衞生更是沒話説，連角落都乾乾淨淨沒有異味， 服務貼心到像回老家！老闆和員工都熱情又親切，有求必應，還主動給我們分享麗江隱藏美食攻略和靠譜遊玩路線，完全不踩雷，太Nice了！！🥳🥳

I appreciated the convenient location and service, but the misleading tour arrangements, unexpected extra charges, and poor coordination made my overall stay frustrating and disappointing. Location: The hotel is in the southern part of the Old Town, which has fewer crowds than other areas. It’s quieter, still beautiful, and easily accessible. Service: The hotel offers one complimentary train/airport pickup if arranged in advance (for 3 night stay). The staff helped carry my luggage from the South Gate (cars can’t enter the Old Town) and provided welcome fruit upon request. Breakfast was as described, though the noodles were undercooked. The staff were responsive and helped me book tickets, including a trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain—but this is where things went wrong. Initially, the hotel staff quoted me a reasonable price that matched my research and said the schedule was flexible, I could spend as much time as I like. When I went to book, they suddenly told me I needed to pay about 200 RMB more because I was a foreigner—something I knew wasn’t true from my experience in other cities. They also said lunch was mandatory. I was short on time and wanted convenience, so I accepted the extra charges. Although I was told that jackets, oxygen bottles, and water would be provided, the driver took me and other Chinese tourists to a store to buy additional oxygen and energy drinks at four times the normal price. There I was told the “free” oxygen bottle was too small—information the hotel hadn’t mentioned. I bought one just in case but never needed it. I booked a sunrise tour with a 5 a.m. pickup, but we didn’t actually see sunrise at the mountain—partly due to weather, partly because the schedule wasn’t designed for it. The driver took me to Blue Moon Lake first, then the cable car, and the Impression of Lijiang show last. He kept saying I was short on time, so I needed to buy an additional ticket for battery car to get around and rushed through Blue Moon Lake without knowing how long the walk should take, only to end up waiting an hour at the cable car. After the show, we were taken to lunch, which had no menu—just a very basic hot pot shared with random strangers seated at the same table. The driver texted me to hurry up because other passengers were waiting and even told me that they didn’t pay for lunch because they knew it wasn’t good. That upset me even more. Overall, I felt rushed, overcharged, and misled, and the whole experience made the trip far less enjoyable. Amenities: The amenities were as described, but there was no daily housekeeping or towel replacement.

This was truly one of the most wonderful and memorable homestay experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, refined, and thoughtfully arranged. The entire stay was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail made us feel well taken care of. The room was absolutely beautiful: spacious, luxurious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It was designed with great attention to detail, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere. One of the highlights was being able to enjoy a stunning view of Yulong Snow Mountain directly from the room, which made the stay feel even more special and unforgettable. The amenities were also excellent, especially the Le Labo toiletries, which added a lovely touch of luxury. The highlight of our stay was definitely the exceptional service from our butler, 小杨. He was incredibly attentive, warm, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire stay. From the smallest details to every request we had, he handled everything with patience, efficiency, and genuine care. What impressed us most was not only his responsiveness, but also his sincerity always made us feel welcomed, remembered, and truly looked after. 小杨 went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. His service was never just formal or routine; it felt personal, heartfelt, and full of warmth. He anticipated our needs, checked in on us appropriately, and made every arrangement feel effortless. Because of him, the stay felt less like a hotel visit and more like being warmly hosted by someone who truly cared. He made us feel completely at home, and his outstanding service left a very deep impression on us. The food and drinks were also impressive. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The afternoon tea was generous, with a wide variety of food, and the drinks were very enjoyable as well. Every part of the dining experience felt carefully curated. Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations in every way. With its beautiful rooms, breathtaking views, excellent amenities, delicious food, and truly outstanding service from 小杨, this was a perfect stay.
