衛生面には改善の余地があり、Wi-Fiも非常に良く、オンライン授業も非常にスムーズです。

ホテルはとても良いです。スタッフはフレンドリーで、私の正しいフランス語サービスさえ使用できます。私は顧客として扱われるだけでなく、それが大好きです。利用可能なスペースが十分ではない可能性があることに注意してください

i love this hostel, its a real one. with large space of kitchen, resting area. clean room / toilet and everything. near to metro. the staff also very kind and helpful. i will book this place again. near to groceries store. just next to this hostel and 5 min walks to metro… greattttt

Superbe Hôtel, tous les membres du personnel sont très sympas et accueillants. L'hôtel est très bien placé et très design, j'ai adoré. Les animaux sont acceptés, c'est top. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût et sont propres, quant à la literie, une pure merveille. J'aurais voulu emmener le lit avec moi. Le petit-déjeuner fabuleux, un vaste choix de produits de qualité, il y en a pour tous les goûts et toujours dans un décor très fun. Un très chouette moment passé dans cet hôtel, et d'ailleurs je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

This was the second time i booked the hotel. The first time was lovely staying. However , this time is terrible. You can't believe when you enter the room that box tissue and lady bags were running out. And I requested a sofa bed for my son. But they gave me the baby cot. Luckily, the staff came and took away the cot and open the sofa bed for me. But I needed to make the bed and put the blanket cover for myself.i thought i was working in the hotel. Obviously , the room was cleaned roughly. Hotel needs to ensure the staffs to clean every room seriously and make sure to refill enough tissue in the room. You can have a look at the photos. the telephone. Super ..dirty with yellowish tea stain... and the toilet... thousands years limescale sticking on the toilet bowl. Sigh... The air con was super weak. Pls fix it. We slept with sweat for the whole night. When we opened the sofa bed, we found the lice jumped out. All legs and feet felt itchy immediately. Pls make a timetable to steam the furniture and do pest control. Good points : good location and yummy breakfast

Séjour décevant à l’hôtel Première Classe. Le petit-déjeuner manque vraiment de variété : très peu de choix et aucune viennoiserie, ce qui est dommage. De plus, la salle de bain n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Pour un court séjour, on s’attend tout de même à un minimum de propreté et à un petit-déjeuner plus complet. J’espère que ces points seront améliorés pour les prochains clients.
