「I had a very pleasant stay here. It’s a solid choice if you are looking for a reliable and affordable base in the area. The price is very reasonable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities are well-maintained and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. While the hotel itself is great, please be aware that the location requires some planning. It is a bit of a distance from both Alnmouth Railway Station and Alnwick Castle. Public transport (buses) in this area is very limited and infrequent. I highly recommend checking the timetables in advance and leaving plenty of buffer time to ensure you don’t miss your connections.」

「Really enjoyed my first stay. Staff were very pleasent. Breakfast was pleantiful and well presented. You must have your own transport as there were no buses. There's too much of a long walk into Alnwick by the A1 mortorway. That's not very pleasent or safe. The only issue I had was with the awlful television (It certainly needs updating) in the Cart Shed accommodation. The hand controller was useless.」

「Amazing and simple place to stay. Immaculately clean - the bathroom was so tidy and smelled very nice. If you're planning to have a nice dinner there - the tavern provides priority sitting for the guests of the Inn - so you'll get a table even if it's busy. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Perfect for a short stay.」
