プレミア イン アルニック ★★★

"Hotel is well equipped, clean and immaculate, as you’d expect from a modern facility. But the reception leaves something to be desired. Abrupt, cold and unwelcoming just about sums it up. The receptionist could do with a bit more customer training I think, as that doesn’t make a good first impression."

ベイリフゲートホテル ★★★★★

スクーナー ホテル ★★★

"As a regular traveller and user of many types of hotel and / or hotel / BnB I must say that The standard of decor and cleanliness was the worst I have encountered. Wallpaper was hanging off /  earth wires in the bathroom were exposed. Towels were dirty with rust on them. All the walls were marked / dirty or chipped. The bedroom carpet in room 30 was SO dirty we could smell the dust. Bedroom lights did not work. Halls and stairs were dirty with wallpaper hanging loose and dirty. Stair carpets were so dirty they smelt. Stud walls were hanging loose. All ceilings had dirty marks… I could go on and on and only hope that this review initiates  improvements or prevents others from booking. We did not eat here due to the poor first impressions however the staff seemed happy and  welcoming."
