「カーディフ駅からホテルまでは徒歩10分ほどで、ロケーションは大変便利です。ただ、駐車場がないため、車で移動される方には不便かもしれません。寝るだけであれば問題ないと思いますが、ノボテルやイビスのようなホテルを期待して行くとがっかりするかもしれませんのでご注意ください。部屋は広くて快適でした。窓はありますが開閉できないタイプです。ドライヤーと金庫はありましたが、冷蔵庫はありませんでした。」

「利点は、立地が良く、交通が便利で安全であることですが、チェックインの経験が平均的であること、まず第一に、同時期に建設された他の都市のヒルトン施設よりも古いことです。ホテルに到着したとき、友人と私はフロントデスクのバーで飲み物を飲むために階下に行きましたが、2階の部屋に行ったときに電源が入らなかったので、フロントデスクにバッテリーについて尋ねました。問題は、夜の10時から11時くらいまでにバッテリーを交換するのに1時間かかりました。バスルームのお湯と水は2つの別々の蛇口で、もうお湯ではなく、朝食です。は普通のビュッフェですが、本当に不味くて全く味がありません。」

「I stayed here for 2 nights and had such a great time. The hotel is in a strategic location in the city centre, very close to many stores, restaurants, and pubs. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, and the room had good amenities, though it was a bit congested. Thankfully, I was staying alone, so it wasn’t an issue. There’s no parking available at the hotel, so if you’re travelling by car, I recommend parking at Cardiff Central Train Station Carpark, it’s just a 2-minute walk and reasonably priced.」

「The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, has old world charm yet modern. Breakfast is good though sometimes a long queue is formed outside the restaurant. But my check in was very disappointing. First the time it took for that staff to process it led me to think either their computer is not working or there's a problem with my booking (but I have received reminder from Trip.com. Worst, that staff asked me to pay a sum which is about £100 more than the stated sum on my hotel voucher ( he even said specifically ”For the first night the amount is xxx, and for the second night, the amount is xxx, with a security deposit of £50, the total is £4xx.”I told him he made a mistake as the sum stated in my printed voucher is only £3xx. That staff is either incompetent or not trustworthy, and should not be working on front desk. ALWAYS CHECK THE PRICE ON YOUR VOUCHER.」

「電車でカーディフ・セントラル駅に到着し、そこからプレミア・インまでは徒歩15分です。とても歓迎的でスタッフも親切でした。部屋は清潔で、正面玄関のトラベラーズ・ストアで紅茶とコーヒーを好きなだけ飲むことができました。唯一の不満は、私には食事制限があるのですが、対応してもらえず、提供されているもので我慢しなければならなかったことです。夜にはグルテンフリーの食事はなく、一般的なハンバーガー、ラザニア、ステーキを揚げたフィッシュ・アンド・チップスしかありませんでした。野菜はエンドウ豆だけでした。今の時代、ホテルは様々な健康状態に対応する必要があります。ビーガン／ベジタリアンはグルテンフリーではありませんし、過敏性腸症候群（IBS）やセリアック病患者もそうではありません。これらは複雑な問題です。何か調整できるものがあれば助かります。」

「Comfortable and Modern Stay I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The design was simple yet modern, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was well-maintained, featuring a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, adding to the overall comfort. A great choice for a straightforward and enjoyable stay!」

「Like a few hotels in Cardiff, the Marriott is really convenient for the railway station. We chose it because we have stayed there before and enjoyed it. The reception staff were polite and friendly. The room (Superior Double) was quite roomy - but where were the bathrobes? The noise from the streets is quite loud, but it was a Friday night, so to be expected, really. We went to the Utilita arena for a concert, and it was a five minute walk away. I had earplugs to use in the hotel, very useful because of the inconsiderate guests who chatted loudly in the corridor at 1130pm. Comfy bed, in fact, a very comfy bed. Unfortunately, our room had an interconnecting door, and we were woken up early by loud guests next door discussing their plans for the day. Something to9 avoid next time. Breakfast was ok, not the best - but adequate, though. The Cardiff lady with the 'top-knot' who said ”yoh” instead of ”yes” like a true Afrikaans was lovely and very welcoming. In fact, every member of staff we spoke to was nice. I'd stay here again, but maybe only at the beginning of the week.」

「Hotel is ok if you want a night in Cardiff but its very noisey,  found it difficult to sleep baecause you can here all the noise on St Marys Street,  also there was no bottle water in room which was disappointing for money spent.」

「The hotel is a wonderful old Victorian building, very close to all major tourist attractions, food shops, pubs and food market. During our 2N stay at the hotel we only faced two issues. 1)the lift is very compact (small) and slow and gave up on the second day of our stay. 2) The sink in the room got clogged but the staff immediately resolved the issue. The hotel staff were kind and courteous. I’d highly recommend staying at The Angel hotel.😊」
