1か月前に家族と一緒にここに来ましたが、とても感動しました。素晴らしい素晴らしいスタッフ。レセプションの女性はフレンドリーで親切で、特に眼鏡をかけた赤い頭が親切でした。エレベーターで会ったシェフの一人も素敵で歓迎してくれました。トイレットペーパーがなくなりました。便利なことに、清掃スタッフの一人が近くにいて、喜んで私たちを助けてくれました。部屋は清潔で、とてもよく装飾されていました。私たちはバスルームのステレオが大好きで、これを初めて見たのでとても面白かったです。提供されているバスウォッシュとシャンプーは素晴らしかったです。受付で何か買えばよかった。これを誰にでも強くお勧めします。 ただし、小さな問題が 1 つありました。私たちは朝食を午前9時30分に予約しましたが、そこに30分しかいなかった後、すぐに閉店して物事を片付けると言われました。私たちが温かい朝食を受け取ったとき、ほとんどの人が去っていったので、私たちが最後のテーブルにいたと思います。私たちは少し気まずくて気分が悪かったので、急いで朝食をとりました。希望はレセプションで言われましたが、2日目に時間を早めに変更し、問題はありませんでした。

Very clean, comfortable pillow and be with nice air conditioning. Location is good and will consider to rebook again.

Very centrally located. Super close to the railway station. Very friendly staff. Vey clean and tidy in the room, as you can expect from this brand. Breakfast was as good as you can expect. Good value for money. Will come back next time for a stay in Cardiff.

We had a few issues leading up to the booking with Trip booking us 2 rooms by mistake but it was no problem to sort out with the hotel; they could see it was a duplicate and it was sorted. The hotel were very good at replying to emails and phone calls too. When we arrived (late at night) reception was manned and they were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and loved the location as it was just off a main road that we could take to drive into Cardiff or to Newport easily. But not close enough to the road to be bothered by road noise. There is also a very nice pub on site - we didn’t make it to eat there but it was lovely to have a few drinks.

I was impressed. Clean hotel, not far to the city centre, friendly receptionist and enough parking. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay here, hotel was closer to many thing for you to walk around 10min. Services from staff was good. Breakfast was alright and not too fancy. You can also access the pool and other facilities. Bed was okay and comfortable only downside is that they can only change the sheets after 3days not every day when room service does their day rounds. Overall I will definitely recommend. Will definitely visit again.

カーディフの石炭交換ホテルに泊まることにしたことをとても嬉しく思います。友人の特別な誕生日のために一晩滞在する場所を見つけることは非常に重要な仕事を与えられました。どこから始めるべきかわからないので、この地域のホテルを比較しました。 「予算」ホテル Premier Inn と Travelodge が、指定された日付の石炭取引所よりも安くないことに驚きました。写真やレビューを見てみましたが、特別な機会にぴったりでした。それはそれが建てられた時代に忠実に残るインテリアデザインで歴史に浸っていました。もともとは5人だったので、セックスタプルルームを予約していました。それは素晴らしく見え、私たちは皆そこに滞在することに本当に興奮していました。残念ながら、建物のその部分でメンテナンス作業が行われていたため、計画を隣り合わせの3つのダブルルームに変更しなければなりませんでした。部屋はきれいだった。床から天井までの二重窓、豪華な壁紙、華やかな時代の家具、素敵な快適なセンターピースのベッド。 バスルームには豪華なジャグジーバスと石の洗面台がありました。 翌朝、石炭取引所内にあるクリーズ レストランでおいしい朝食をとりました。 ここのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、最高の滞在を確実にするために邪魔をしません。 戻るのが待ちきれません。

I have a really mixed feeling about this hotel. I booked the superior room with tree lined view and asked for a quiet room: the receptionist gave me an extremely cold and noisy room right next to the motorway and above some nightclubs. My watch has identified the noise level is over the normal limit. I couldn’t fall asleep due to the loud noise even at midnight. I called the receptionist to change a room. Unfortunately, they first gave me a standard room that the heating system was not working and much smaller than I have paid for. The two maintenance officers who came to check the heating system are very helpful and suggested to change to another room. Only by then, I was able to change to another room that matched the similar sized of a superior room, but without tree lined view. I must say that all the receptionists were friendly and polite but behind their friendliness, they are not really helpful at all. I had my dinner, a sea bass meal, at the restaurant - see the photo. The dinner and the service was both outstanding. The kettle in the room was not very clean; it could easily be cleaned by using small spray to remove the calcium. The gym and swimming pool are excellent. If you are not used to live in really loud room, please double check with the receptionists. It is also not worth to pay an extra 10 pounds per night to get a so called tree lined room with extreme loud noise. I also wonder the reason for the hotel to give customers rooms that the heating system are not working. It would helpful to check before they allocate room to customers. It would also helpful that the hotel ensure that the room has reasonable temperature before admitting guests, esp on a very cold winter night. Overall, this is not a very good experience. I was not able to sleep for a whole night. I paid extra in the hope of getting a better and quiet room but ended up with one of the worst room without getting any compensation.
