「カーディフ駅からホテルまでは徒歩10分ほどで、ロケーションは大変便利です。ただ、駐車場がないため、車で移動される方には不便かもしれません。寝るだけであれば問題ないと思いますが、ノボテルやイビスのようなホテルを期待して行くとがっかりするかもしれませんのでご注意ください。部屋は広くて快適でした。窓はありますが開閉できないタイプです。ドライヤーと金庫はありましたが、冷蔵庫はありませんでした。」

「利点は、立地が良く、交通が便利で安全であることですが、チェックインの経験が平均的であること、まず第一に、同時期に建設された他の都市のヒルトン施設よりも古いことです。ホテルに到着したとき、友人と私はフロントデスクのバーで飲み物を飲むために階下に行きましたが、2階の部屋に行ったときに電源が入らなかったので、フロントデスクにバッテリーについて尋ねました。問題は、夜の10時から11時くらいまでにバッテリーを交換するのに1時間かかりました。バスルームのお湯と水は2つの別々の蛇口で、もうお湯ではなく、朝食です。は普通のビュッフェですが、本当に不味くて全く味がありません。」

「The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, has old world charm yet modern. Breakfast is good though sometimes a long queue is formed outside the restaurant. But my check in was very disappointing. First the time it took for that staff to process it led me to think either their computer is not working or there's a problem with my booking (but I have received reminder from Trip.com. Worst, that staff asked me to pay a sum which is about £100 more than the stated sum on my hotel voucher ( he even said specifically ”For the first night the amount is xxx, and for the second night, the amount is xxx, with a security deposit of £50, the total is £4xx.”I told him he made a mistake as the sum stated in my printed voucher is only £3xx. That staff is either incompetent or not trustworthy, and should not be working on front desk. ALWAYS CHECK THE PRICE ON YOUR VOUCHER.」

「Best hotel I've been to so far all the staff day/night was well mannered happy helpful joyful staff from reception to dinning down to the cleaners all have above and beyond with my stay from the moment I arrived made me feel equal as im disabled the lift access was easy to use helpful with my luggage straight away no waiting around reception was brilliant excellent communication got my room card really quickly no waiting around 3 lifts so plenty of access to floors my room was beautiful spacious easy access with quick card entrance with electric door just swap and the door opens for you with one press button to exit bathroom has all disabled access toilet bars shower seat with arm rests your able to move from side to side which helps getting to dry floor food was amazing from breakfast buffet massive selection you got to try the mixed fruit juices red and green flavour explosion have your great British fry up with a croissant and cappuccino for afters even had reserved table with easy access with out asking help with service if you want your breakfast brought too your room i highly recommend you stay in the Leonardo hotel for best stay on what ever your needs great tourist's while on your stay you have to visit the castle」

「I stayed here for 2 nights and had such a great time. The hotel is in a strategic location in the city centre, very close to many stores, restaurants, and pubs. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, and the room had good amenities, though it was a bit congested. Thankfully, I was staying alone, so it wasn’t an issue. There’s no parking available at the hotel, so if you’re travelling by car, I recommend parking at Cardiff Central Train Station Carpark, it’s just a 2-minute walk and reasonably priced.」

「Amazing location that is right by the city centre. Staff were really friendly and we were made to feel super welcome all the way from arrival until we checked out. Room was clean, tidy and warm which was really nice in the colder weather. There wasn’t a huge amount of amenities but for a small hotel the amenities provided proved just enough. Overall super pleased and will definitely be returning for our next trip.」

「Hotel is ok if you want a night in Cardiff but its very noisey,  found it difficult to sleep baecause you can here all the noise on St Marys Street,  also there was no bottle water in room which was disappointing for money spent.」

「It was clean and comfortable, although we went to breakfast at 9.30 am and there were no croissants or muffins left and very little on the continental breakfast, the cooked breakfast was excellent. Also, we went down for cocktails in the happy hour 2 cocktails for £12, we got overcharged, and when we asked the waitress to check, she didn't come back before we needed to leave,. Overall a good night's stay 😀」

「Room was a little bit small and it was extremely hot at night because the AC was on heater mode and if we turned it off we could only rely on opening the windows for ventilation. But staffs were very kind and offered us two fans. Toilet was also a bit tiny but the rest is alright.」
