「Hotel's location is superb, just a few steps next to Cardiff Central Station and to all the eateries and city centre. Room is spacious, clean and bedding comfy. Will definitely book again if going to Cardiff.」

「I booked two rooms. Even we were upgraded to a so called executive room, the carpet was dirty with mark. There was a crack in the basin which was the same case as my last stay in 2024. A used teaspoon with chocolate could never be changed and stayed at the same place during our stay for three nights.」

「Had an overnight stay to take my granddaughter to Build-A-Bear. Was made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was very clean, and even though I had an economy room it was quite spacious. The breakfast was one of the best I have experienced with plenty of choice.」

「Decent hotel, centrally located close to the train station making it a very convenient place to stay. Staff very welcoming and took into account my special request and booked me a quiet room which was appreciated. Breakfast, nothing special, just like any other hotel breakfast in the uk. Good views at the breakfast area, staff on hand to help and often going out of their way to help. Service was 10/10. Rooms themselves felt a little old and could do with a touch up but comfy enough for a short stay! Coffee machine too!」

「很滿意的一次入住。 酒店位置很好，離火車站和巴士總站步行衹要五分鐘，走到卡迪夫城堡也在十五分鐘以內。附近有好幾個超市和餐館，非常便利。雖然攜程上點評不多，但是我入住的時候看到酒店生意很好，住店的外國遊客很多。 酒店房間很寬敞，足夠攤開兩個拉桿箱，床也很大，足夠兩個人睡。雖然酒店位置靠近街道和火車軌道，但是房間裏很安靜：走廊裏鋪了地毯避免響聲，窗户和牆壁隔音也很棒，入住兩晚，沒有聽到任何火車或者街道上的噪音。房間窗户望出去視野很好，可以看到卡迪夫灣。屋子裡有空調，製冷制熱都可以。房間沒有飲用水，但是可以到酒店一層免費接檸檬水喝。 幫我辦理入住的前台很熱情友善，主動介紹了卡迪夫城堡當天舉行的活動，並講解了過去的路線。很遺憾我忘記他的名字了，衹記得是一位年輕的白人男性，不戴眼鏡。我這次在英國好幾個城市旅行，住過的幾家酒店裡，這家酒店前台絕對是最熱情的。 美中不足的是，酒店一層每次衹有兩個員工同時在，而一層又有酒店入住，又有餐館、酒吧，還有自動售貨機和行李寄存，感覺員工們很忙很忙，無論是餐館點單、結賬或者入住、拿行李，都要等三五分鐘，他們才能過來。員工們很友好很盡責，但確實很忙，酒店如果能多安排一些員工在一層就好了。」

「1か月前に家族と一緒にここに来ましたが、とても感動しました。素晴らしい素晴らしいスタッフ。レセプションの女性はフレンドリーで親切で、特に眼鏡をかけた赤い頭が親切でした。エレベーターで会ったシェフの一人も素敵で歓迎してくれました。トイレットペーパーがなくなりました。便利なことに、清掃スタッフの一人が近くにいて、喜んで私たちを助けてくれました。部屋は清潔で、とてもよく装飾されていました。私たちはバスルームのステレオが大好きで、これを初めて見たのでとても面白かったです。提供されているバスウォッシュとシャンプーは素晴らしかったです。受付で何か買えばよかった。これを誰にでも強くお勧めします。 ただし、小さな問題が 1 つありました。私たちは朝食を午前9時30分に予約しましたが、そこに30分しかいなかった後、すぐに閉店して物事を片付けると言われました。私たちが温かい朝食を受け取ったとき、ほとんどの人が去っていったので、私たちが最後のテーブルにいたと思います。私たちは少し気まずくて気分が悪かったので、急いで朝食をとりました。希望はレセプションで言われましたが、2日目に時間を早めに変更し、問題はありませんでした。」

「Amazing reception service for 24/7 hence need to submit keys every time u step out which is good as no stress of handling keys and loosing it ! Rooms are good cozy and comfortable . Good tv channels Tanle fan , hair dyrer , towels, provided Its a main highstreet with all restoaurants near by. So its ok opt for rooms without breakfast」
