ホテルは空港線から徒歩圏内の非常に便利な場所にあります。しかし、部屋は本当に狭いです。フロントにはスタッフが1人しかおらず、レストランの雰囲気を推測する必要があり、サービスを受けるまでに長い時間待たなければなりませんでした。フロント係は、私がすでに部屋の全額をオンラインで支払っていたことに気づいていませんでした。彼らはデポジットとして私のクレジットカードを凍結するはずだったが、部屋代金を再度差し引いた。幸運なことに、請求書が届き、すぐにクレジットカードの明細書と照合して、発見することができました。過剰請求された料金と為替レートによって生じた追加損失をホテルから回収するのに長い時間がかかりました。

部屋はスカンジナビアのホテルにしては比較的広かったです。バスルームの床暖房も気に入りました。タオルとボディウォッシュ/シャンプーはもう少しグレードアップして欲しいです。朝食は素晴らしく、選択肢も豊富でした。レストランでも食事ができました（10%割引）。私にとってはオスロで一番の食事でした。ヘアドライヤーが壊れていましたが、5分以内に交換してくれました。

ファミリー ルームを予約しましたが、シングル ベッド 2 台とソファ ベッドが備え付けられていましたが、眺めはあまり良くありませんでした。部屋は 1 階にあり、窓からは擁壁が見えました。より良い眺めと休暇をご希望の場合は、スーペリア ファミリー ルームを予約できます。スーペリア ファミリー ルームは、実際にはより広く、シングル ベッド 2 台と二段ベッドがあり、芝生を見渡せます。少し値段は張りますが、全体的にスカンジナビア クオリティはかなり良いです。朝食は標準的です。ホテルの隣にはスキー リゾートがあり、最高地点からはオスロの息を呑むようなパノラマ ビューが楽しめます。

まず、私と赤ちゃんは荷物を3つ持っていたのですが、受付係は全く対応してくれませんでした。チェックアウトの時、とても親切で熱心な受付係に出会いました。ホテルは立地も良く、コストパフォーマンスもよい。かなり高いです。この値段なら日本に住むよりずっと快適です。

設備：朝食と夕食付きで、まさに完璧！ノルウェーの物価は比較的高いので、ホテルのビュッフェは必須です！お腹いっぱいになるだけでなく、ヘルシーな食事も楽しめます。 防音は今ひとつで、朝は隣の部屋の目覚まし時計の音が聞こえますが、旅行中はゆっくり寝る必要はありません。夜はとても静かです。 レストランのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、「おはようございます」と挨拶し、楽しい旅を祈ってくれます。 荷物預かりも無料でご利用いただけます。 ロケーション：オスロ中央駅から徒歩8分、オスロ・オペラハウスから徒歩10分です。ただし、オスロ自体はそれほど大きくなく、中央駅からほとんどの場所までは徒歩30分以内です。特筆すべきは、ホテルがオスロの中心部に位置しており、午後8時以降は通りはほとんど人影がないことです。 次回オスロに来るときは必ずまたここに泊まります!

オスロ中央駅から徒歩5分と非常に近く、オスロ歌劇場や美術館もすぐそばにあります。オスロ・ショッピングセンターへも10分以内で行けますし、市庁舎、港、アーケシュフース城へも約20分と、ロケーションは最高です。立地のわりにとても静かで、私たちの部屋は通りに面していましたが、夜はほとんど車の音がせず、とても静かに過ごせました。 1階はレストランとフロントを兼ねており、ホテル全体としてはビジネスホテルに近い印象です。部屋は18平米とのことでしたが、それほど広くは感じませんでした。シャワールームは特に狭かったです。 清掃は4日に一度で、必要なものがあればフロントで頼めばもらえます。 朝食のビュッフェは種類が少なく、ごく普通といった印象でした。 何よりも便利な立地が最大の利点です。

市内からは少し離れていますが、車での移動だったので特に不便はありませんでした。ホテルは豪華で清潔、朝食も種類豊富で、このグレードのホテルとしては料金も安く、コストパフォーマンスは非常に高いです。オスロ到着初日に一泊し、その後また二泊しました。フロントで教えてもらった隣のピザ屋さんがとても美味しくて、4回も食べてしまいました（笑）。唯一残念だったのは部屋が少し狭いことですが、ヨーロッパのホテルはどこもこんな感じなので、普通だと思えば気になりません。

中央駅から徒歩5分の、明るい色使いのチェーンホテルで、電車の乗り換えがとても便利です。ホテルの朝食は素晴らしく、サーモンとノルウェー産のブラウンチーズが食べ放題でした🧀。サービスも全体的にとても良かったです。唯一の難点は、部屋が狭く、アメニティが比較的簡素だったことです。ヨーロッパ人やアメリカ人の宿泊客がかなり多かったです。全体的にとても満足のいく滞在でした👍👍

Highly recommended. The hotel is part of an old post office, located right behind a bus stop, 100m from a tram stop and 500m from Oslo Central Station. There are restaurants just downstairs or nearby. The room is large enough and well-equipped, with a washing machine, a big drying rack, a microwave and all utensils. There is a public room for (self-service, super convenient, pretty large space) luggage storage facilities and all the necessites (tea packs, towels, linens, and ear plugs etc., though it is quiet at night) Everything is done on app, including check-in/out and opening the doors. However, the door-opening function in the app doesn't work sometimes so you have to use code instead (there's no reception). Also, you have to go through some stairs at entrance and a winding passage to reach your room. The room is a little bit dark at night (even with all the lights on) for reading and writing. The TV is located in a weird position.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!
