My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

Very outdated and customer service is terrible. Rang reception from hotel room no answer (2 times) than had to go to reception to complain safe don’t work, they turned up next day to sort it out.

Wonderful stay near Masjid an-Nabawi. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The location made it easy to reach the mosque for prayers. Highly recommended for families and pilgrims visiting Madinah.

インターコンチネンタル ダル アル イマン マディーナは、礼拝のためにマディーナを訪れる方、マスジド・ナバウィーにできるだけ近いこと、充実したサービスを求める方、そして利便性と快適さに多少なりともお金を払ってもいいという方にとって、素晴らしい選択肢です。客室は快適で設備も充実しており、スタッフは親切で、立地も最高です。 しかし、気軽な観光目的の方、あるいは予算重視でハラームから少し離れた場所に滞在したい方は、他のホテルの方がよりお得なホテルが見つかるかもしれません。しかし、近さとスピリチュアルな雰囲気を重視するなら、このホテルは間違いな**の期待に応えてくれます。

立地も良く、清潔で素晴らしいホテルです。唯一の欠点は、ルームサービスのスタッフの一部が非協力的で、リクエストしても対応に時間がかかることです。おかしなことに、そのうちの一人は嘘をつき、私たちがサービスを拒否したと主張しました。頼んだもののほとんどは「提供できない」と言い、残念ながらコーヒーカプセルはレストランから届くのが遅れました。

This hotel is very suitable for those who want to stay on the green dome side, only 5 minutes walk. And the hotel is right next to saffiya museum and the new restaurants, so many good ones to choose from. The hotel is directly connected to a mall, and cheap pakistani food is also available, and lots of clothes shops. So everything is nearby. Only ladies prayer area is further away, but I didn't mind walking.

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

Good for location, Hotel is not clean , all the furniture too old, toilet is not clean need refurbishment, not worth for money

残念な経験–予約確認にもかかわらず予約されていない部屋 私は2組のカップルのために2つの部屋を予約しました。到着する前に、ホテルに電話して、午前1時頃または少し遅れて到着する可能性があると伝えました。ホテルのスタッフは私の予約が安全であることを確認し、遅れて到着しても問題がないと私に言ったので、私は安心しました。 しかし、ようやく到着したとき、私の部屋は他のゲストに与えられていると言われました。予約が確認されていると説明し、事前にホテルに電話して遅れた到着を知らせました。その後、スタッフは、事前に支払いをしていなかったため、部屋が与えられていると言いました。前払いを依頼されたことも、支払いなしで予約がキャンセルされるという通知もありませんでした。 結局、彼らは代わりにツインルームのあるアパートを提供しました。キングサイズのベッドは1つだけで、他の部屋にはシングルベッドがありました。これは私が最初に予約したものではありません。この格下げ/変更にもかかわらず、私は元の予約と同じ金額を請求されました。 全体的に、私はサービスや予約の処理方法に満足していません。ホテルが前払いなしで部屋を保持できない場合、電話をかけたときにはっきりと通知する必要があります。私の遅れた到着を確認した後、他のゲストに確認された部屋を与えることは非常に残念でプロフェッショナルではありません。

had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the high-quality linens and pillows. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with toiletries, and the daily housekeeping was thorough. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet – an excellent variety of local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and ensured everything ran smoothly every morning. The hotel’s location is also ideal – close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!
