「Good hotel as per price range compared to others. Around 1 km of walk from hotel, good thing was they provided shuttle bus service to Masjid e Nabwi. Not recommended for people intending to walk with wheelchair and pram. Reception speaks English. Recommended if you are looking for a fair price.」

「It’s a nice hotel located not too far from masjid nabawi. Walk takes like 15 to 20 minutes. Once you get to the quba walkway then it’s pretty straight. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby which is good. Location is quite. Also masjid nearby. The rooms are good size. They have a fridge. Smart tv if you want to put something on for the children. Easy check in experience. The only thing they could address is maybe the bathroom. The shower should have a shower glass so the water doesn’t go everywhere. The toilet tissue became wet when I used the shower as it’s located right next to the shower. Other than that pretty good.」

Elevator access from individual floor is worse with the waiting area for elevator is filled with smoking stinks and vacuum and other cleaning accessories are spotted here and there that block the corridor. Getting an elevator to your floor from ground floor sometimes takes half an hour to have access to them.」

This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. 「The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The room was good, wide, and clean. The breakfast was really good. The only problem is that it is too far from Masjid Nabawi, and you have to walk long distance (15 min) to reach Al Haram.」
