「Hotel is very near & the breakfast they started from this year is also very good. Rooms are small but hotel is near Haram. They give us Haram view Room. The staff is very good.」

「プルマンに宿泊し利用したのは初めてでしたが、ホテルは素晴らしく、良いレビューに値するものでした。 ロケーション：預言者（スワ）の毎日の訪問には最適です。 サービス：他のレビューと同様、時間をかけて読んでいただければ…違いはありません。 批判ではありませんが、改善してほしい点が一つあります。朝食の品揃え、見た目も味も格段に良くなりました。ただ、気を付けてください。スタッフは、お客様が食事と雰囲気をゆっくり楽しむのを放っておいてくれないような気がします。きっと、すべて順調かどうか尋ねてくるのでしょうが、一番大事なのは…彼らは、お客様にすぐにホテルのレビューを書いてもらうこと、そして星「5つ星」をクリックさせることにばかり気を取られています。私にとっては、これは押し付けがましいです。 私が何も書かなくても、彼らは送信をクリックさせようとします。星を付けると、クリック方法を教えながらクリックします… 入力が終われば…それで終わりです…あなたはただの宿泊客で、彼らは他の人にレビューを書いてもらうために動きます。」

「This hotel is very suitable for those who want to stay on the green dome side, only 5 minutes walk. And the hotel is right next to saffiya museum and the new restaurants, so many good ones to choose from. The hotel is directly connected to a mall, and cheap pakistani food is also available, and lots of clothes shops. So everything is nearby. Only ladies prayer area is further away, but I didn't mind walking.」

「A lovely stay, right next to Masjid Nabawi. Very clean hotel, a modern room (we had the triple room with haram view). Shout out to Mohammed Farhan who made the omelettes / eggs / pancakes at breakfast buffet - wonderful member of staff, always smiling and serving guests with excellent mannerism & a smile. Would stay here again, we really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou 😊」

「We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.」

「私たちは2024年1月25日から2024年2月2日までこのホテルに滞在しました。妻と息子の3人で宿泊しました。預言者のモスクに面したホテルエリアに泊まるのは初めてだったので、最初はこのホテルに少し懐疑的でした。以前、3回預言者のモスクを訪れたときには、モスクの裏側のホテルエリアに滞在していました。****************、私にとってはモスクの正面の入り口に近い戦略的な立地にあるホテルで、最高の体験でした。それ以外にも、シャリク・クルバン・クルバンには美味しいレストランがたくさんあるなど、近くには興味深い場所がたくさんあります。場所はクバ・モスクにも近いです。そこに行くにはバギーまたはUberを利用できます。私たちはクバ・モスクまで歩いて行きました。私にとって、ホテルでの新しい体験は、チェックイン時のホテル係員がとてもフレンドリーで、私たちに丁寧に挨拶し、英語もとても流暢でした。部屋もとても清潔で、清掃も行き届いていて満足のいくものでした。家族連れの方には、エラフ・アット・タクワ・ホテルを強くお勧めします。」
