「係りの方の対応は全てよかった。とても気持ちよく旅ができた。朝食のフルーツもおいしかった。ただ、隣の部屋の人の扉の開け閉めの音が非常に大きく響いて部屋の中に聞こえてくるのでその音で何度も起きてしまい、滞在期間中短時間睡眠となってしまいかなりきつかった。隣の人が何故か毎日朝4時におきるのと、おそらく他の部屋の人が２時くらいに部屋から出るので、その音で何度も起こされた。」

「REALLY comfortable beds but hostile cleaning staff. As long as you're just there for business and don't hang out in the room you'll love it. I had a lot of work to do in the room and I had to deal with the cleaning girl SLAMMING the door next to me violently over and over again. This was not just her carelessly letting the door slam, it went on for hours every single day. I don't understand passive aggressive staff like this. If you really hate your job that much just find something else you actually enjoy. It ruined what could have been an awesome few days in Dallas, and I actually decided to stop staying at Hilton hotels just because of this cleaning person who kept doing ”slam attacks” against me. Just goes to show, one bad employee can ruin the reputation of an entire brand.」

「The checking in and checking out process was smooth! We loved everything from the room to the waterpark. The housekeeping staff was on top of everything and made sure our room was spotless each day. Room service arrived early every time less than 20 minutes. The resort was spotless and valet is quick and easy.」
