「素晴らしいホテルでした。お部屋はクラシックな雰囲気で、ベッドやバスルームも清潔で心地よかったです。廊下で話す声は聞こえますが、静かで過ごしやすい部屋でした。スタッフの皆さんは親切に対応してくださいましあ。朝食はライ麦パンやラトビア料理を食べることができて嬉しかったです。旧市街地からのアクセスも最高でした。あえてあげるなら、部屋のカップやスプーンが汚れていましたが、価格に対して他の清潔さが完璧だったので気になりませんでした。ぜひまた利用したいです。」

「An extraordinary building ; one of the most architecturally impressive hotels in which I can remember staying, with wonderfully helpful staff and a location that can not be bettered -- with a commendable breakfast. Five stars ! But then . . . Beautifully configured and equipped rooms but, constraints on urban buildings being what they are, and the architects having elected a stunning central skylit air- and light-well, our room, at least, had no window. Where was one to be placed, after all ? The air-conditioning worked well, but truly fresh air was not available. The housekeeping staff had neglected the bathroom attached to the room that we used. Hair, a cotton-tipped applicator stick, and -- simply -- dirt were on the tiles. This can happen. It was very different from the rest of the experience of the stay. But there it was. Have a look around when you check in. Ask for a repeat cleaning of your room if you think one is necessary. Enjoy your stay.」

「Lovely hotel, clean, off road parking. Friendly staff. Asked for coffee sachets in the room, they never arrived after being promised twice that they would be sent up. Dinner was awful, menus not clear as to what was on offer. Buffett breakfast, lots of choice.」
