「Servizio molto gentile e personale super disponibile. Appartamento tanto bello quanto vecchio… cadevano a pezzi i battiscopa e c’era ruggine dappertutto vicino alla jacuzzi. Purtroppo la pulizia è completamente da rivedere: abbiamo trovato capelli del vecchio ospite sui cuscini, nel wc e sulle sedie. Inoltre le coperte erano molto sporche. Purtroppo ha deluso molto le mie aspettative, essendo anche che le foto dell’appartamento che ci hanno dato non erano presenti su trip… forse perché appunto era l’appartamento più vecchio che avevano」

「The was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building. However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available. The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed. In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff.」

「Cannot fault this hotel from arrival to departure.Personnel at reception are very friendly and accommodating.Rooms are clean,with prosecco upon arrival and free water and soft drinks every day .Rooms are cleaned everyday.Breakfast are plenty ,fresh and delicious.A bonus is a in house pizza restaurant and bar,sauna and jacuzzi were good amenities.We truly enjoyed our stay」

「Gorgeous hotel- bougie decor and immaculately clean throughout. Breakfast is self service with a big variety. Omelette and scrambled eggs cooked to order. It was so nice here we stayed another night and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.」
