This home is on the lower level just above the covered parking. There are fifteen stairs to reach the condo (While the building does have an elevator, we cannot guarantee its functioning status as that is managed by the HOA. While we would love to host you, if an elevator is a necessity we encourage you to continue your search rather than experience any inconvenience. Door off dining room opens to a small balcony.The full kitchen features granite counter top, stainless steel appliances (side by side refrigerator, smooth top electric stove and oven, dishwasher, built in microwave), clothes washer and dryer, breakfast bar w/ three bar stools, drip coffee pot, blender, toaster, hand mixer and plenty of cookware, dishes and silverware.The home has one bedroom. A view of the river can be seen from the bedroom.The over-sized bathroom includes a jetted tub (big enough for two), a separate shower, a cabinet with towels, wash cloths and storage and counter space for personal items.Rear covered deck: Your home away from home has a relaxing rear covered deck with an amazing view of the Chattahoochee River just a few feet away.
