Super 8 by Wyndham Brookville

Someone sat outside our window talking very loudly in the middle of the night and there was a loud TV in the lobby that we could here in our room all night long. And people having conversations in the lobby in the middle of the night that again could be heard in our room. It was the worst experience we have ever had in a motel.

I found this Super 8 just what the doctor ordered after a long day on the road. Bed was comfy, pillows were fluffy, and linens and towels were clean. I can't say enough about the value I received staying at the Super 8. They had some modest breakfast choices and free WiFi. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. If you're the type of person that needs gold plated fixtures and Egyptian Cotten linens this isn't your place. If you're a down to earth person that appreciates a good value I recommend this Super 8 hands down.

Everything was very nice & clean. The people at the front desk & the other employees were very pleasant & professional. The only thing that was difficult was the very low lighting. It was hard to see to read or to do anything else really.

The property is very run down and in desperate need of updating. The lack of an elevator was challenging for the elderly members of our group. The parking lot is in very bad shape which made walking and driving a challenge.

Great hotel and great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stopped in here during a road trip and the room was clean and comfortable, which is the most important part! The breakfast left a little to be desired, but I never eat breakfast so it wasn't a big deal to me! I would definitely stay again.

I was concerned that the outer door near my room was not locked and that the card sensor was not operating.

The girl at the front desk did her best to help us out. THe problem was not her at all, but the room smelled terrible. There was spoiled food in the refrigerator. We went out to buy air fresheners, but didn't do much over the 2 days we were there. They say they breakfast, but it was a joke.

The state was great in the be candid. This was probably one of the nicest extended-stay properties that I've ever been at. The staff that checked us in was absolutely incredible and extremely nice to us after a long day of driving. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is, not what I've come to expect from the extended stay brand it is definitely several tiers up.

Hotel was basic but clean and in good repair. The front desk attendants were super nice.
