「Good location.. nice amenities.. kept clean.. The issue I faced was this.. the next bunk bed upper bed guy complained about packing my bags at 10 am in the morning.. that I am disturbing his sleep.. Mandatory house rules should include people in a Dormitory style MUST NOT COMPLAIN normal activities during normal daytime hours. If one wants to sleep at 10 am in the morning and no one should do anything while that guy is sleeping he should either go to an individual room hotel or put earplugs and sleep all day.. no one would ever cate」

「Very nice hotel, for the price you get very professional and helpful staff, nice big rooms, all amenities you would need (even bathrobes) and a decent breakfast Due to booking errors from my site we actually experienced 3 different room categories and all were beyond our expectations (for that price point) - extremely convenient that the double rooms even have two bathrooms Location is very central and walking distance to most sights and things to do Only improvement I could think of would be having coffee from a machine for the breakfast instead of filter coffee」

「Lovely Hotel with friendly staff. Only minor things to improve such as turning the heating down on the whole it was very very hot and have to leave the window open. Other than that only a small bin in the room be better if there was two. Location is great next to supermarkets and not far from airports and the center of yerevan . thanks for a nice stay! great value for money」

「С 8 по 10 апреля 2025г. мы (2 человека) останавливались в отеле Aspar Boutique Hotel в Ереване. Бронировали через Trip.com. Оплата в рублях. Цена вопроса – 10 640,82 R (108,0€) без завтрака. Отель расположен в центре города. По городу перемещались пешком. Отель расположен внизу, надо было спуститься по ступенькам, в очень уютный дворик. Аутентичный отель состоит из нескольких симпатичных домиков, с небольшим двором, где стояли столики и диванчики, и можно было отдыхать вечером. Есть большая кухня, где можно готовить. В отеле очень красиво, дизайн выдержан в старинном стиле, музей старинного Еревана. Мы даже сделали фотки. Было очень тихо. Красивые просторные номера, дали даже тапочки и халаты, много туалетных принадлежностей, чайник. Было все самое необходимое и даже более того. Помогли нам донести багаж до номера. Очень красивая девушка на стойке регистрации была очень приветлива и дружелюбна с нами, ответила на все вопросы, и помогла супругу с регистрацией на рейс. Отель заслуживает самой высокой оценки. Оценка отелю и персоналу–10 баллов!!! РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!」

「Worth for the money paid. Breakfast is paid , which we didn’t opt. The water dispenser in the main entrance was of great help. Rooms are also good, well maintained .」
