「We have wanted to stay at AxelBeach for a while. People told us it's just an expensive old hotel, but because of the name it stays busy. Well, unfortunately that is the case. The rooms look like they haven't been updated for 50 years. The TV is old and the wires behind it were frayed so badly it didn't have a signal. And the mattresses are so thin and uncomfortable I woke up yesterday with pain shooting down my lower back and legs. There's no excuse for cheap pillows and mattresses if you're going to charge this much. And we had a suite! It's like they're happy taking the *** $ but not meeting our expectations with that money. Other places to stay are much nicer. But on a positive note, the staff are absolutely incredible. They were always so friendly and helpful. I just wish that we had a better experience with the rooms.」

「ホテルが停電の対象となったように、私たちは到着しました。若い男の受付係は停電のためにドアの鍵が機能しなかったので私たちを部屋に連れて行ってくれました。約5分後にレセプションで電気が戻ったが、誰かが部屋ごとに部屋の供給をリセットする必要があった。2時間ほど後、暗闇の中で荷物を開けることができず、レセプションまでいくつかのトラックを走らせ、優先順位を決めたと言われたので、あきらめて4時間30分のフライトの後、着た服を着て夕食に出かけました。他のホテルは明らかに同じ通りに影響を受けました。 私たちが夕食から戻ったときにこの問題がソートされたら、すべてが素晴らしかったです。素敵な朝食、モルトンブラウンのシャワージェル、シャンプー、ハンドソープ、ローション付きの素敵な部屋。素敵なプールとサンベッドを得るのに問題はありません。ビーチや砂丘まで歩いてすぐですが、上下にたくさんの階段があります。また、素晴らしいショップから素晴らしいレストランやバーまで必要なものがすべて揃ったユムボショッピングセンターまで徒歩10分です。LGBTQが会うのに最適な場所であり、人が見るのに最適な場所です。 絶対にお勧め」
