Extended my stay and booked for another day room and location is specifically good. Just opposite to Sreedharyam eye hospital.

Room amenities were nice Beddings and linens were of good quality and clean . The hotel location is prime and have good food options nearby But I had a terrible experience with the AC. A/c wasn’t working fine had to shift 2 rooms in the middle of the stay of just a night . Nonetheless the staff behaviour was polite and they were helpful. But lost my good night’s sleep because of the AC

Customer service is very bad, staff behaviour is also not good. We have booked a room with balcony but they have not provided the same and said no other availability for rooms. Amenities are not available as per the description given in room details. Toilet papers or dental kits and nothing was there. Tv remote was not working, they didn't allowed any guest for siting atleast 30min and they told to vacate the room. We have booked suite room but it's was a worst experience and they don't even provide min amenities. Customer need to adjust and they don't even care. Will not suggest to anybody it's not that much worthy and bad experience.

Value for money , if u book online it is much cheaper and you may not find similar facilities in this range in other kochi hotel. U will have to pay much higher .Rooms are clean , location is really gud , their rooms start from 3 rd floor , they also have lift . Hotel does not have their own restaurant but they have restaurants in same building and many gud ones adjacent to hotel.Kaloor Metro is a KM away. Overall gud stay.
