Fantastisch medewerkers - Toppie

I stayed at Hotel The Lodge Heverlee, a few weeks ago. I was VERY disappointed. First, I noticed that the sink had no drain cover. No big deal, but not a very sanitary look. Next, I set the AC and went to sleep. This was the first night's sleep after 36 hours of flying and driving. The fan went on, but in the morning the temperature never moved. It was as high as 25 degrees. And lastly, the floor was disgusting. This is my right hand (thumb near the card) pressed against the floor on ONE tile wiped with my towel. This means I tracked though this muck, dragged it to bed with me, and slept in it. Either the floor had never been cleaned in a long time, or floor dirt from every other guest suite in the hotel was also wiped on this floor. Either way, I'm disgusted. Normally I don't write such public negativity, but I have tried the front desk and emailing with an unsatisfying reply. So, now this.

I spent 4 nights at the Lodge Heverlee and never wanted to leave. Everything about the Hotel is beautiful, as well as the surroundings. Waking up to seeing the Arenberg Castle on the other side of the road was just wow! And the room was too perfect for words. Great breakfast, friendly and efficient staff, clean and comfortable. There is a bus stop 10 steps away from the front door. I was alone, on a business trip, but would gladly go back as a couple. 3*** is not nearly enough for this place! I would choose this Hotel over and over again!

We were 6 adults staying at the Lodge for a weekend to visit Leuven. The rooms were above the reception area and check in was very straight forward. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The staff were also very helpful in the bar area in the evenings. The hotel is a 25/30 min walk from the Oude Markt which was ideal for us. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Located out of the centre of Leuven (parking is very easy in the streets nearby), this hotel give comfortable rooms (we had a suite, which is really very large) and an excellent breakfast at an acceptable price. Only remark is that the mattress of the bed is not the best I ever had.

Het was een leuke ervaring. Leuke kamers. Heel aardig personeel. En de omringende restaurants waren goed. En heerlijk eten. En een leuk kasteel in de stad .en de stad was echt heel erg leuk.. ik zou dit hotel echt aanraden aan nieuwe mensen die het bezoeken. Dat hoop ik

Goed hotel voor een kort verblijf, kamer was proper, stil en met zeer goed bed! Badkamer met douche, alleen geen kasten in de kamer. Vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt. Iets te duur voor wat het was maar dat heeft wellicht te maken met vraag en aanbod ( Werchter).

Bon rapport qualité prix pour un endroit plein de charme. Oui, l'escalier grince mais c'est extra. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, abondant et le personnel agréable. Cerise sur le gâteau il y a un espace sécurisé pour les vélos.

Das Lodge Heverlee hatte keine großen Erwartungen geweckt aufgrund der 3-Sterne-Einstufung, um so besser waren die Eindrücke vor Ort. Aufgrund des historischen Baustils sind die Zimmer sehr hoch, trotzdem war es warm in dem großen Zimmer. Das Bad ist etwas versteckt in der Ecke, doch die gewählte Lösung hat was. Im Innenhof und auf der Veranda gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten um zu Verweilen. Das Stadion von Oud-Heverlee Leuven ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, das war der Grund meiner Buchung. Ich hab mich im Lodge sehr wohl gefühlt auch weil das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist.

Hotel op een mooie plek vlak bij de groene campus van Leuven. Zeer ruime kamer en elke dag een flesje water per persoon op de kamer. Douchen in bad is op zich geen probleem, maar wel onhandig dat het bad verkeerd om is geïnstalleerd, zodat je bij het schuine deel staat en moet buigen om je hoofd onder de douchekop te krijgen, want die hangt gewoon aan de muur en niet aan het plafond helaas.
