一去到附近尋找酒店，看見門口寫著關門，便試試沖入去大堂問！等了大約三分鐘便有人走出來幫我Cheka in,check in 時說了一大堆規則，我心想太累了，快點給我房卡，我要睡覺💤⋯⋯一上到房間，環境衛生設備實在太差，馬上下去找他，他承諾給我免費退房，還搶了我的房卡開門讓我走！到最後錢還是退不了

Very small room, unfriendly front desk staff, with very ridged house rules. Also impolite and made excuse due to insufficient staff. This excuses is totally unacceptable.

Do not trust this place as a reliable booking. Booked three apartments with this company, only to have all three cancelled by OYO themselves. Booked way ahead of time to ensure I had a base for all the family to watch my husband run his first marathon, only for them all to be cancelled because of “unexpected circumstances”. How could there be an issue with all three rooms ? Do yourself a favour, if you need a reliable company that won’t let you down, book elsewhere.

We had this hotel booked for at least 4 months for them to cancel three weeks before. We’re travelling from Yorkshire so had already booked our train tickets for over £300. I would avoid at all costs as they don’t care about their customers and to cancel three weeks before is out of order. It’s too late to book another hotel now so out of pocket

I had a reservation at this hotel, but it was canceled just 2 days before my trip. The phone number listed on the booking confirmation didn't work. When I tried calling another number I found online, I got through to a person who couldn't explain the reason for the cancellation. They eventually transferred me to the front desk, and the call was abruptly disconnected. I urge people to exercise caution before booking with this establishment because the service is abysmal. I'm still waiting for a refund, which hasn't been processed yet. In fact, the *********** app still shows my reservation as "okay."

This is not a hotel, it’s a hostel at best and not a great one at that. The bedding seemed clean but the rest of the room and the bathroom was not. The beds were exceptionally uncomfortable. There are no facilities in the hotel, your bed will not be made or changed, your towels will not be changed, your toilet roll will not be replaced. Our room didn’t even have a tv never mind anything else. Some of the plugs didn’t work. The small wardrobe we did have, the vinyl was peeling off of it. We were told that breakfast was included when we enquired before arrival but when we checked in they advised they no longer offer breakfast. When I referred to my email they tried to fob it off as not to them, which it was, and then as if it was above that particular employees pay grade. Positives: Location is good, right on edge of Kensington Park and easy walk to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations. But not worth it, there is a lot of accommodation in the area to choose from, choose somewhere else.

I stay in some of the high end hotels in London, but on this occasion I only wanted a reasonable priced room for the night and I was not disappointed. I paid £100 for the night (double room) on a weekend in central London, so I wasn’t expecting the Ritz. It is actually in a great location for tourists, just a two/ three minute walk to the beautiful Kensington palace gardens and two tube stations Queensway and Bayswater making it very accessible for seeing London. The hotel is an old London Town house so from the outside it doesn’t look like the purpose built hotels you can see across the road (the difference in price is staggering) We were greeted by Adi who was extremely polite and very helpful, and the room we were allocated was newly decorated and the bed was brand new and very comfortable. He was very conscious about keeping the noise levels down, making sure all guests close door behind them so they didn’t slam. I didn’t hear a sound during the night. Couple of things, the remote for the TV was not in the room, I think you need to request that (otherwise they go missing) and no bath plug, i think this is to encourage you to use the shower (energy saving), I didn’t see a hairdryer, but didn’t need one (possibly they are available) no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but they aren’t charging huge amounts so it is very basic. Stayed here in a room for four for one night. Location is excellent, near the underground, shops and Kensington gardens/Hyde park. The man on the desk was the only staff member we ever saw and he was very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks like it may have been newly decorated to give it a more up to date look, but don't look to closely! The room was very basic, no tea/coffee making facilities, no remote for the tv and each bed got one very very thin pillow each. The wardrobe was not secured to the wall at all and would be a major concern if you were staying here with small children. The room didn’t quite look like the official photos, we had no headboards on any of the beds. The mattresses appeared in good condition, but no mattress covers so that will not last. The room seemed on the surface to be clean and it was quiet. There are no breakfast facilities and bag storage is £5 per bag!

Staying at this hotel for one night was one night to many! I visited London to meet up with friends and couldn’t believe the low cleanliness standards of this hotel. The bath was filthy, very scummy! The bedsheets had what looked like mould on them and they smelt dusty and old. The bed itself was uncomfortable and the floor would have been a better option to sleep on if it had actually been hoovered! I don’t appreciate walking on other peoples sock fluff and hair. The room had an odd smell about it and generally looked grubby.
